Our North American factories & distribution centres are located in the following areas:

In our factories, we hand-make our vegetarian products in a fun, fast-paced and funky environment. For us, non-animal testing and recycling are just as important as production.
Our factories receive deliveries of fresh produce daily. The fruit and vegetables are then cut, peeled, or cracked and put straight into our products.
Every week we make products in small batches, by hand. Rather than warehousing excess stock, LUSH makes products as needed to ensure that everything delivered to our shops is as freshly made as possible.
This makes us proud of what we produce and so we like to put our own individual ‘mark’ on each product before we sell it. The face sticker on every LUSH product tells you when it was made, the ‘best before’ date, and who was proud to make the product, by hand.
Each site includes a distribution centre where our teams sort incoming boxes of product, and create the outbound shipments for delivery to our shops.
