Call Centre
In order to ensure our online customers receive the best service possible, LUSH Direct operates a customer call centre staffed with friendly, knowledgeable associates who offer assistance to and answer questions from our customers.
Fulfillment Centre
LUSH Direct's fulfillment centre is the heart of our merchandise distribution system. In addition to shipping orders to customers and processing returns, our teams unload, process and sort incoming boxes of merchandise. Our fulfillment centre offers competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and a bonus plan to people looking for a rewarding and challenging career in a team-based work environment.
Store Design
At the Design studio, we plan the layout of shops and launch new shops across Canada and the US. It is a very fast paced environment where we work heavily as team. With our continued growth and store expansion, we are looking to add to our team of store designers.
