LUSH North America’s headquarters is in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Our offices — located in southern Vancouver — are home to many of the company's major functions. These include areas such as Marketing, Store Design, Finance, Real Estate and IT. Our PR office is based in New York.

LUSH Direct extends our brand online to offer more products, services and convenience to our customers. By shopping online or calling our call centre, customers can easily get what they need from LUSH.
LUSH Direct offers a broad range of career opportunities, in areas such as operations, online marketing, web design and development, merchandise handling and customer support.
Call Centre
In order to ensure our online customers receive the best service possible, LUSH Direct operates a customer call centre staffed with friendly, knowledgeable associates who offer assistance to and answer questions from our customers.
Fulfillment Centre
LUSH Direct's fulfillment centre is the heart of our merchandise distribution system. In addition to shipping orders to customers and processing returns, our teams unload, process and sort incoming boxes of merchandise. Store Design
At the Design studio, we plan the layout of shops and launch new shops across Canada and the US. It is a very fast paced environment where we work heavily as team. With our continued growth and store expansion, we are looking to add to our team of store designers.
