Shop Manager

You’re a leader on the sales floor. You task when needed, but delegate whenever possible. You’re excited about building a relationship with your community, creating and training a team of experts, managing inventory and operational costs and merchandising product. You are proactive about increasing your traffic, converting your visitors and making sure everyone leaves your store with a warm and fuzzy feeling. Proficient and passionate, fluid and flexible, compassionate and professional, the LUSH manager is a true ambassador for the brand.

Manager in Training (MIT)

You assist your manager in shop day-to-day functioning and are proactive about completing your manager training program. You’re excited about hiring and training a stellar team of sellers and developing every team member to their fullest potential so that your shop consistently exceeds its monthly goals. Most importantly, you lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a fun work environment. You are as responsible as your manager for managing operating costs and your budget.

Team Leader/Key Holder

You are an integral part of the shop management team. You hold yourself to the highest standard of customer service and product knowledge. You are excited about meeting your sales goals, building shop traffic, converting visitors, interacting with the products and promoting campaigns and contests. Inquisitive, innovative, passionate and productive, you have a sense of urgency but always keep your cool. Your managers trust you with critical operational duties such as: inventory, orders, merchandizing, training, emails, opening and closing.

Sales Associate

You are passionate about bath and beauty products, and the therapeutic properties of ingredients. You enjoy deepening your understanding of hair and skin care, and are a natural at approaching customers and determining their needs. You work well within a team, are an effective communicator and thrive on building lasting customer relationships. You help create a fun work environment by keeping the shop beautiful, the sales high, your fellow associates inspired and your customers satisfied.
