We think it's fairly clear what a Luxury bath melt is for,

Bath melts are for the bath, they are made to melt in hot
water and they are rather luxurious. Bath melts are for
those extra special baths, for times when you know you
deserve a treat!
Get someone else to answer the phone, feed the dogs, amuse
the children or cook dinner; when you need to relax all by
yourself* run a bath, throw a bath melt in, hop in and
wallow in luxury.
