I received this as a sample and wish there was a place to write about which samples you want when ordering on line because I could have told them that anything with patchouli is out of the question. But, since samples are complementary and all, beggars can't be choosers! Strongly scented and tempting given other scents mixed in, but the patchouli kills it. I found this a bit drying like others, but if you're putting on lotion afterward it's not really a concern. Left me feeling very clean, so I'd recommend for a hand soap.

I've been using Lush products for about three months now and I do not use anything else! I had organic products for personal hygiene but once I tried Karma soap, I got rid of my other soaps! It carries a scent that's both relaxing and hypnotic. I use it every night with my Karma Bubble Bar then top the scent off with Karma Kream! I wish they'd make a deodorant for it too!

My first LUSH product... I got home from work late last night and opened the box and woah! I was to tired to take a shower and besides, they bore me to tears so I washed my hands and went to my room and proceeded to smell my hands obsessively. The smell is an intense sexy... exotic smell! I actually went back to the bathroom and took the soap back to my room and slept with it next to my face on my pillow. Weird but true.
Showers are allot less boring now!! Wheee!

What I like to do when visiting Lush is pick about 5 different soaps to try out in little [$] sized bars, but after hitting a chunk of Karma I will definitely be adding it to my regular list. The smell is absolutely heavenly and very unique. I haven't met anyone who hasn't loved it as much as I do! It's not as moisturizing as some of the other products I've tried, but the scent more than makes up for it. Just throw some lotion on after you use it and you're golden!

This was my very first purchase at lush. I didn't smell all of the scents because I instantly feel in love with Karma and had to have it. I usually tire quick of soap scents, but every time i smell this soap It makes me happy. I do not like patchouli but something about the citrus mixed with the patchouli reminds me of being a kid. i plan on sticking with this soap forever.

There's a reason why this product is named Karma. I must have pleased a superior entity in my previous life to have stumbled across this soap. It's a hygiene product that works efficiently and cleans thoroughly. The lather is extremely nice, and it goes above and beyond in keeping me dirt-free after a day of training in the sun. The scent is absolutely unique. Some people find the smell unpleasant, but I have generally received positive feedback. Most importantly, in my case, I am a girl who spent her childhood rolling in dirt and shooting NERF guns around corners. That hasn't changed. Nowadays, my daily routine consists of sweaty runs and dirty obstacle courses, which leaves my body with a layer of grime. I can easily part with the dirt now thanks to Karma soap. While good cleansing properties isn't exclusive to Karma soap, this also happens to be the only soap I have bought that still allows me to smell like a girl without insulting my manly tastes. Bravo.

I love the smell, gives a great clean.

I buy this soap for the smell, it is a little dying for my skin especially in the winter. However, I keep coming back to it, I like to use it with sandstone.

I first started using Karma after using Flying Fox Shower gel for a while. I have to admit that at first I didn't like it because I kept comparing the two and I was so used to the jasmine smell. But after a few tries I started loving it and it became an awesome soap that hidrates and makes you smell nice for a while. The down side for me is that it does not last as long as other soaps I tried from Lush.

This was the first soap I ever bought from Lush along with Sandstone soap (I bought that on for mom) but I fell in LOVE with this scent at the store. It reminded me of these incense shops where I live. The smell lingers in the bathroom and in my room long after my shower and I just bask in it :D I'll always come back to this soap.

I love Karma -I have a friends who use Karma directly on THEIR body -it smells ....well not very Karmaish.... But we have recently placed it on their clothes rather than directly on the skin and it smells great! Perhaps try this if the smell is unpleasant. Enjoy!

I first got this as a sample, and thought the scent would be too much since im not a patchouli fan, boy I was so surprised! the scent was very delicate and fresh and lasted a long time after my bath. i love the amber color of this soap reminds me of fall leaves. and it did not lather big which normally is a thing I look for in a soap but it did glide on so smoothly, it was like silk. if you havent tried this yet, you should, it was such a wonderful bath experience!

I recieved a sample of this with a recent online order, and daaannnng I am so glad I did! It smells fantastic. Like inscense. I smelled great for hours after my shower and I didnt even need lotion. My husband also loved this soap. I rushed straigt to the computer to order more!

I love love love this scent and this soap. It lathers so well and is a really unique smell. The smell really lingers and it makes me smile every time I smell it.
My only complaint is that it doesn't last long. My husband and I both use it and it only lasted for two weeks.
It's still a favorite and something I will buy and use regularly.

This is probably the most amazing soap ever! [Right next to Sexy Peel.] I bought a small size, I liked the smell in the store. When I got home, it made my whole room smell like Karma, which is an AMAZING thing. When I got around to using it, my hands smelled so DELICIOUS. For people who don't like the smell of patchouli, it's just not for them, but I am IN LOVE with this. This soap cleans very well, lathers well, and the smell lasts for EVER. It doesn't dry your hands either. My mom even used it. We can't stop sniffing our hands! Bottom line: BUY THIS SOAP.

I LOVE KARMA! I smelled in the store and had to get a chunk! when i got home i cut the pie shaped slice into a little pad and used it to wash my hands. omg. i could not stop smelling myself, so i hopped in the shower and used it all over and went to bed smiling. i think i am the only person in my family to like the smell of patchouli. my own cons are that this drys out my skin and the smell doesn't last as long as other soaps that i enjoy from lush.

My husband had been abroad and being in a Lush store (there are not ones really close to us) he asked if I wanted anything. I told him this soap, which I had heard good things of (although I had never had a love for patchouli). He brought it home. For the longest time our whole house smelled like this soap. I thought that was pretty amazing. No need for a candle. Just buy a bar of soap to make your house smell good. Like I said, I'm not one for patchouli on its own. I find it kind of strong. But the orange softened it, sweetened it, mesmerized me.
However, I have since gotten a bar of Karma from the closest store and it didn't have the same encompassing scent. I does not fill our house in the same way. I bought the Karma Kream because of my obsession and that's lovely too. A little different from the soap, but mostly the Karma fragrance.

I got a free sample of this soap with a purchase, and was glad I did not pay for it. I was a bit excited to try Karma since it seems to be a best-seller and I thought the color was pretty, and I normally like glycerin soaps. But the patchouli is just overpowering; it felt like I was rubbing a dead hippie on my skin. Unlike other glycerin soaps I've used, my skin didn't feel as clean after I used it. Ironically though, I found that my little sample chunk made nice hand soap for when my hands aren't too dirty. I think it's actually quite nice as a hand soap as it does lather well and don't mind my hands smelling like Karma but not my entire body.
