I got a chunk of "Rock Star" in the 'Out of this World' gift package and it has lasted me several months. The smell automatically reminded me of the Smarties candy but, that might also be attributed to the bath bomb next to it. Needless to say though, I enjoy it! I like to use it in the shower for my armpits and sometimes my whole body. But, I don't like to use it too much on my body because it can be a tad bit drying. Overall, lovely smell and a nice soap to have around to bring back childhood memories!

This smells amazing. When I first got it in the mail I was not sure about the smell. I normally like fresh, citrusy/herbal smells and am prone to headaches from products that are too sweet. Once I got this in the shower I could not stop using it. I have tried several Lush soaps now and this is my absolute favorite. It also have a creamy base so it does not leave my skin dry like some other soaps do, and the smell lingers a bit. The adorable bubblegum pink color is also a huge plus. LOVE THIS!!!! I can't decide what it actually smells like but it's fantastic!

I'm not even sure what to say. So far, this is my least favorite LUSH product. Did I actually spend [$] on this? It just smells so cheap to me, like powdery old bubblegum, plastic, and flowers. The color and scent remind me of something old ladies would by at the dollar store. I'm not getting vanilla AT ALL, which is incredible for a product with the word "vanilla" appearing a dozen times in its description. I didn't like the smell in the wrapper, but I thought I had to try it out at least once, even just to wash my hands. It's a decent enough soap, but I can't stand the smell. Honestly, I don't even want to GIVE it away. I'm completely bemused by the popularity of this soap.

The smell of this is pungent. The smell reminds me of artificial sweeteners like Sweet N Low. The smell stays with you for minutes after washing. The Color is pretty but it doesn't lather very well and it leaves my skin feeling itchy.

I would have given this soap five stars, except for two things. First, my computer will only allow me to give 4 stars, so this soap is loosing a star, because there is a glitch in the website, and secondly, the soap dry has a tiny bit of a medicine-ish smell, but it goes away when wet. I did think this was going to be my favorite, but in reality Godmother is by far.

I fell in love with the smell of Rock Star soap the first time I smelled it. So I had to buy some even though it was pink (I can't stand the color for some reason despite being a girl). The sent is amazing and it lasted for days. The only bad thing about it is the mosquitoes seem to like it just as much as I do. I now have seven itchy mosquito bites because of it and I've never been bitten this much before. But it's almost autumn so the pesky bugs won't be around much longer.

The soap lathers well and moisturizes just fine. However, as a bartender, I swear it smells like a Jagerbomb. So much so that it's all I can smell, all day. I love vanilla, and was so disappointed that this smelled nothing like what I expected.

This is probably my favorite Lush product. When checking out their various soaps, I was drawn to Rock Star because of the insanely bright pink hue but also because the scent really draws you in. It's a mix between vanilla and bubblegum for a really intense candy smell that practically makes me want to eat it! The only drawback is that sometimes it dries my skin out a little bit, but other bars I've had were quite moisturizing.

I just used this this morning and WOW! I absolutely LOVE the smell of this soap. I HATE the classic smell of bubblegum and this DOESN'T smell like bubblegum to me!!! I honestly do smell the vanilla and this scent doesn't smell generic to me at all. There is just SOMETHING about this scent that is fun but sexy at the same time. The only CON about this soap is the fact that, it is drying to my skin (I have normal skin btw). Other than that it got me squeaky clean and smelling great! A massage bar of your choice could cure the dryness. :)

This product has a gorgeous scent. The scent slightly resembles a more subtle version of that of red bull. I have done an experiment putting the soap in water. The majority of the soap is water soluble; however, the lipids remain intact and that is what moisturizes the skin. There is a LOT of oil/butter in it that hydrates my skin. I absolutely adore it :)

Didn't think I'd care for this one - that it would be too sweet. But whoa did this scent grow on me! Very yummy fragrance. I can use this at night and still smell it on my skin the next day. So far, the best lasting scent of all the Lush soaps I've tried. As with the other creamy Lush soaps, this doesn't last very long, which is too bad for my wallet.

This was the first product I ever bought/tried from Lush. At first, I was kind of put off by the smell because it was a bit sickly sweet, but it gradually grew on me, and now, I absolutely cannot get enough of it! It's so addicting(:

I was looking for a fun soap for the summer since my usual alkmaar and noubar felt too much for the warm weather. I usually don't like sweet smells but when rockstar is wet it actually had a very pleasant and mild smell and it never really clings to the skin. But the reason I love it for summer is bc of how moisturizing it is. In the humid nyc summers, you have to take multiple showers a day. I hate showering multiple times and using lotion when minutes late it was all for nothing. But rockstar makes the process a bit better. Its so moisturizing that I don't have to use lotion that would only make me sticky later. And it last a pretty long time. I love the latter and the softness of my skin after. I don't know if I would use it all year just bc I have other favorites but this is my go to for summer!

This seriously is amazing! I am new to lush an am starting my collection but I seriously cannot see myself buying any other soap but rock star! It's perfect for that girly sweet candy pleasant scrumptious smell! It's definitely number one bar soap in my book! I will not buy anything else! Thanks lush you do rock like a rock star!:)

I use this product in the shower every morning and I LOVE IT! All my friends think I smell like candy lol. The smell reminds me of a childhood candy that I cant remember the name of. I find it great for a refreshing smell. I never get tired of the smell.

But one thing I dont like is that It leaves my skin with a "squeaky clean" felling. I normally like my skin to feel smooth and this soap does not do it.

Other than that I love it.

Great soap, smells subtley sweet, not strong and not super lasting on the body. But room does smell wonderful with this soap as well as Godmother soap. This pink color is great and it leaves you very soft/moisturized. Smells a little berryish, slight bubblegum. Goes well with creamy candy bubble bar. Recommend.

This probably now my favorite soap! the smell is amazing and the scent makes me feel sweet and clean. whats also great too is that it lathers and moisturises so well that i use it instead of shaving cream! 5 stars! and much love for rockstar!

My sister first got this from Lush about a month ago. I kept smelling it on her and she smelled sooo good! I finally got some of my own and I'm so happy with it. Now I have my own big block of Rock Star and don't have to sneak hers into the shower. ;)

It works up an amazing lather and I smell yummy long after my shower.
