My boyfriend bought this for me at a retail sore for Christmas.. I had not heard of Lush before that.. I was AMAZED at the bright citrus smell when I opened the package, you could smell it across the house.. the bar's are large enough to cut into smaller pieces ( around 4 pieces per bar ) and the peeling inside of the soap makes a GREAT scrub in the shower/bath. It leaves your skin feeling SO clean. I used a massage bar after the shower to remoisturize and I smelt good and felt good all day long! LOVE this item!!!! The only down side is that it doesnt last too long but its DEFINITELY worth the money for the product!

I bought this based on its largely positive reviews. I love lemons and the way they smell, but my boyfriend says this soap smells like Lemon Pledge. However, he will still scrub my back for me with the exfoliating portion of the bar, which is my favorite part about the product. I enjoy the scent, and I personally don't find that it overpowers anything else.

I was really looking forward to this soap because of all the citrus in it, and it really does smell lovely because of it, but that's about it. I bought a nice hunk of this -200 gm (7 oz) and cut it into smaller chunks. First of all, this melts fast, really fast. One of the chunks lasts me a single shower which I was not expecting. This is probably because it has a lot of water in it. It left my skin feeling kinda dry and oddly tight feeling. I've read reviews of this that said the citrus peel in this was really harsh and did some damage, I was looking for something nice and scrubby but found the peel in this soap pretty useless, they were soft and squishy, and felt bumpy at the most on my skin, before making a mess on my shower floor.

This was my very first soap I purchased from Lush. I really enjoy it as a Spring/Summer cleanser. Literally leaves you squeaky clean. Bravo Lush. I would buy again but I'm so busy trying all the other kinds.

Ooooh, I really, really love this soap. It has the *best* citrusy, fresh, energizing scent--lots of lemon, with other lime/grapefruit notes underneath. I love the way it lathers--very thick--and it leaves my skin feeling very fresh, with only a slight, pleasantly lingering citrus scent. The only con is it runs out quickly, but maybe that's because I really want to use it every day. The perfect soap, this way exactly what I was looking for when I bought it from the Boston Luch location

Okay, no, it's not an ordinary soap, but the fragrance ruins it for me. It just happens to remind me of something that is unpleasant, much like the chic with the reminder of dental visits for the Summer Pudding soap. I like the bits of peel in and they're all throughout--I think that's cool. The lather on this soap is spectacular too. It might be great if I liked the scent, but I don't. I like lemon, but not this lemon drop like scent. I might like it better if it was lemongrass or some herb mixed in. Oh the fragrance is intense too, at least in the shower.

My friend gave me a little bit of her bar of Sexy Peel, and as soon as i used it, i was hooked. I went and bought a bar for myself the very next day! It has such a beautiful scent, and its so refreshing! One of my favorite soaps by LUSH.

Ok, I never thought I would say this....Karma is my SECOND favorite Lush Soap (sorry Karma)! I had bought my husband some Mandarin Tea Party soap only to find it is seasonal....luckily I found Sexy Peel while in a Lush store on vacation. The little bits of peel are great for exfoliation and the smell is like a burst of sunshine! I only wish the scent lasted longer! Thanks again Lush for another addiction!

This soap is AMAZING! I have skin that's a bit on the oily side and tends to break out. Since I've been using Sexy Peel my break outs have all but disappeared! It is a bit drying, but it's not nearly as harsh as Sandstone or 13 Unlucky for Dirt. I would definitely recommend Sexy Peel to anyone who doesn't want a moisturizing soap.

If you love a nice lather in a bar and fresh and citrus smell, this soap is definitely the one for you! I've had it for about a week now and it's still the same size I bought it, so it can take a lot of ware and tear.

I bought a small size of Sexy Peel Soap on my last visit to Lush. I must say, the scent is very addictive. I only used this on my hands so far, and I must say my hands are very soft! It also cleans very well, but I am a little disappointed that it doesn't lather very well, nor does the scent last for too long. Those are the only down sides. I do reccommend this product! Will be going back for more. It also makes my whole room smell good! Would not reccommend if you are not a fan of citrus, cause that's all this soap is.

This is a lovely bar of soap, it smells great and it lasts quite long. The only problem I have with it is that it is way too scratchy for me because I use it directly on my skin instead of on a loufa. The pieces of lemon peel hurts my skin and leaves red marks (scratches). This may not be the case for everyone, maybe it's just me, try it out!

Must love citrus. The only thing close to the intense smell of this soap is if you rubbed fresh zest all over your body. I think this soap would be good for a morning wake-up shower and as a hand soap. The smell of lemon is invigorating and makes you feel clean. The scent is honestly a little overpowering and will mask any other scent in the general vicinity.

This soap smells exactly like the Lemon Head candies to me, just a little bit sweeter- in otherwords it smells absolutely delicious!!! I only have a tiny sliver of a sample of it just so I could test it out, and I am definitely ordering more- this and Honey I Washed the Kids are my two standing faves right now, I am expecting an order with a couple of others tomorrow- I will let you know if either one of them trumps those two, but that would be pretty hard to do since they are amazing!

This is my all time, favorite soap from Lush! Smells great (enough to make you want to eat it), isn't overpowering and leaves you smelling great for most of the day! It does not last long even with a shower poof. The lemon peel acts as a very mild exfoliater if you simply use the bar on skin.
