I was skeptical about this cream, but I gladly gave up regular facials (terribly expensive and questionably effective) for a Lush regime; Herbalism every day, Coal Face with minor breakouts, Enzymion for daily moisturizing and Gorgeous for nightly moisturizing (and an occasional face mask). Indulging has never felt so good or satisfied my pocket book so much at the same time; a dab will seriously do ya. I would recommend this product to anyone, and the scent of Neroli is so incredible... I can't imagine going back to expensive salon products. Ask for a sample at your local Lush store, you will most likely give in to temptation and abandon skepticism. This is coming from a low-wage feminist.

I put this lotion on in the morning and at night. I've tried a lot of moisturizers, but this is the only one that feels as if it's healing my tired skin after a long day. If you have a hectic schedule and are out all day, keep this at your fingertips. Especially when exhausted after working nights, this will perk up my skin and leave my eyes looking a bit brighter.

Well I have to admit I was skeptical about paying [$] for face cream but if it works I am all in! I had been using Dior skincare products for several years until I found lush. I started to make big changes in my life at the beginning of last year deciding to try and go vegetarian/vegan and with this I also was becoming very aware of the craziness I had been putting on my skin for years. So my search for a company, who had truly natural ingredients that I could actually pronounce, and that did the job they claimed, began and ended quickly with Lush. I had gotten samples of this on my first visit and fell in love, however I did not know if the effects were long term or if I was convinced by the high price that it was good stuff. So I kept going back for samples. I eventually broke down and bought the imperalis cream so I could compare. They both do a great job in regards to moisture, smell, and evening out my skin but the gorgeous is by far the best face cream I have ever used! The texture is so amazing and it literally melts into your skin. You only need a tiny dab especially if you spritz a toner on first and apply when your face is still a bit damp. I used to breakout when I changed products but I haven't had any problems when trying out new things from lush which is amazing to me! I have somewhat normal skin, I get the occasional zit when I'm stressed and also get the rare dry patch, this cream has dramatically evened my skin tone and fine lines, and leaves my face feeling so soft and bright. Yes it's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny to me knowing that it actually does what it says, makes you gorgeous!!! If you can't afford it try a sample next time youre at the store you will be so glad you did!

When I first heard of Gorgeous, I thought, "Really?... REALLY?"
But after sampling some just for the heck of it, now I love Gorgeous! My skin did go through an adjustment period though. About four days after using it morning and night, my skin started to break out a bit. I went back to the store about it and was told that because Gorgeous has a lot of citrus oils in it, it goes really deep into your skin and forces all the nasty stuff that is hidden underneath it to come up and out. Once it is all out, your skin would stop breaking out. So, I continued using it and just used Greased Lightning on the spots. Two weeks later, he was right! My skin cleared right up, and now it looks amazing! It very visibly glows and looks nice and even, without being too greasy. My blackheads are even starting to go away, and I have ALWAYS had blackheads (I'm 25), no matter what cleanser I used.

So if you go through the same thing I did with Gorgeous breaking you out, I would definitely give it at least 2 or 3 weeks to let your skin adjust. You won't regret it!

For the record, I use Herbalism, Eau Roma Water toner, and half Vanishing Cream half Gorgeous in the morning, and just Gorgeous at night. My skin is oily in the summer.

I just have to start off by saying that I NEVER leave feedback on any products on any website ever. As much of a Lush junkie as I am, I haven't written a single review on any of their products either, despite how in love I am with most of them. Regardless, I bought Gorgeous a few days ago in the midst of a skin breakout. I've been keeping this one on my "wish list" for a while and have been putting it off cause it's a bit pricey (although I have spent much more for beauty products that claim to do wonders) but I finally gave in after hearing the sales girl go on and on about its amazing qualities/ingredients...

Umm how about it's been TWO DAYS and I can already see results! I can't believe it. I have never noticed results this quickly with ANY other product! My love for Lush has now sky-rocketed to unparalleled heights. My skin is smooth, glowing, and my breakouts are already clearing up!! This is by far one of my favorite products and I am SO GLAD I decided to spend the money; always worth the trade.

I adore this product. I have tried SEVERAL other moisturizers throughout the years (expensive, not expensive, and so on). This hits the mark! There's nothing this moisturizer can't do. It brightens your face, gives you all day moisture, combats oil, and improves the look of your skin. It's so light that it's absolutely perfect for summer, but it also works really well in the fall, as your skin starts drying out. I use this in combination with Angels on Bare Skin, Catastrophe (face mask), toner, and sometimes Ocean Salt. The combo is perfect for my skin.

When I was younger I had acne and I spent over 10 years combating it. My skin isn't perfect now that I'm older and my pores are large. But I never worry about leaving the house without makeup when I'm wearing this moisturizer. You can truly wear it alone and still look stunning.

Truly a top-notch product and a great investment if you're willing to dish out [$] for this. But as long as you're frugal with its use (a coated fingertip's worth is PLENTY per use), then this should last you a long time, so really, it IS worth it I would say, as long as your skin reacts well to it. Previously I was trying to find facial products that would curb stubborn breakouts I kept getting recently for months. I finally tried out LUSH products and there was a steady improvement with a cleanser and toner, and finally the deal was sealed when I decided to take a chance and buy "Gorgeous." My skin is NEAR FLAWLESS NOW! I couldn't be happier! For my nightly ritual I use the "Herbalism" cleanser, followed by "Tea Tree Toner" and wrap it up with a moisturizing of "Gorgeous" and my skin has never looked better :) (Well, except maybe for when I was... pre-adolescent? Lol.)Anyhoo, check the reviews here first cuz I know a rare amount of peeps actually get an adverse reaction to the lotion for some reason... But I think it's uncommon (and unfortunate!). Also, the smell IS odd at first (yep, definitely like tortilla chips, lol), but I got strangely addicted to it after a few days of use and now love the smell!! Haha! Overall, I will continue to buy this when I run out because it is AMAZING! I absolutely cannot complain about glowing, radiant, CLEAR skin! <3 Yay for LUSH! :D

I bought Celestial and got a sample of Gorgeous. After a week of using Celestial on the left side of my face and Gorgeous on the right I couldn't see a difference, but I continued the routine for a second week and Wow! The lines were less visible and the texture was smoother, pores smaller and it felt plumper and younger. I didn't want to spend this much on a moisturizer, but I am sold.

OMG! The first time I used this - immediately my skin felt soft! At first I was a little intimidated to buy this product because of how much it cost, but then I realize it's a good invest in my skin.

Even though this product is mainly for "older skin", I'm 18 trying to prevent my skin becoming older. So this product is definitely awesome. Plus it smells yummy.

Got this as gift and loved the name so was hoping I would love it, but I did not because it was very thick/greasy and Ihave normal to oily skin and I just felt gross. I also did not see any differece from usage. The smell was floral wihich I did not like.

I got a sample of this in a gift pack from LUSH, and because I am cheap I went and got another sample from the store after the first ran out. I eventually did buy a jar of it and it is more than worth the investment. It smooths my skin and gives an absolutely heretofore unknown GORGEOUS texture to my skin. It is the best day cream I have ever used; excellent for the humid Georgia summers, as it is not the least bit greasy. I've never seen anything like it. Folks told me I was glowing from the VERY FIRST TIME I used it, so results are immediate. Try it with the Ocean Salt cleanser, you'll look like you had a professional peel - no, you'll look even better! If you are hemming and hawing about the cost, as I was, rest assured that this product is well worth it; it doesn't take much to have gorgeous skin. I am 48 and no one believes me - I even smoke - THANK YOU LUSH!

I've been trying different combinations of facial cleansers/toners/moisturizers from Lush that work best for my skin and was discussing them with the employee. I received a sample of Gorgeous to try as a possible alternate to Imperialis (which I like to use in the Winter months). This product fell flat of my expectations however. I tried it once and it was so greasy on my skin that I haven't wanted to give it another shot since! It doesn't sink in and feels filmy on my face. I tried it, but I'm sorry to say that I will never buy this product.

I got this as a sample about a week ago and WOW! I have been keeping up with my skin regimen lately cleaning morning and night and also using the Ayesha mask here at Lush and my skin has made a total transformation. I took accutane a couple of years ago due to bad acne so my skin has remained very sensitive so im hesitant to use alot of products on my face. Just recently i went into the store and they gave me a sample of Gorgeous and it has made my skin pristine. I don't have any acne since taking accutane but i have a little bit of sun damage and light scarring and this moisturizer in combined with the Ayesha mask has evened out my skin tone completely and minimized my pores and made my scars completely disappear! It really gives that healthy glow to your face i dont even bother wearing makeup anymore. It is expensive but if you are looking for a quality product i definitely recommend this product! and it smells so natural and nice!

If I were stranded on a deserted island, the only two things I'd need would be James Franco and this moisturizer! OMG. The price made me hesitant, but it's sooooo worth it. Usually skincare that claims to be "for all skin types" generally means "for everyone but you Lisa and the grease-bucket that is your skin". I'm oily and acne-prone; not only did this reduce my shine but totally transformed my skin! And all without clogging my pores! I couldn't be happier. I look great and all is right in the universe - with Gorgeous to thank for it! :)

I try this on whenever I'm in a LUSH store--mostly because of the price and the idea of putting orange blossom honey water on my face. The moisturizer is very light and not at all greasy, it smells very fantastic and natural (not overly sweet), and it is a gentle but very effective moisturizer: it moisturizes! I don't know if it's the kind of moisturizer that works miracles on major skin problems, but it's a miracle-worker in its own right. It's the kind of thing that you can use day or night; summer or winter. I've got pimple-prone skin, and this never does anything bad to my skin.

WOW. So I work at LUSH at the Dallas Galleria and I already love their skincare products, but it never crossed my mind to sample gorgeous before I tried to purchase it. I already use 9 to 5 Cleansing Lotion and Breath of Fresh Air Toner and I adore them both. I usually though, just used my store bought brand moisturizer and thought my skin was amazing....that was, UNTIL I tried a sample of gorgeous. Its an amazing difference, it makes my skin velvety smooth soft and smells nice. I noticed today after using my regular moisturizer that it makes my face actually kinda sticky compared to how Gorgeous makes it wonderful. I am DEFINITELY going to buy this product!!
