I use this conditioner every time I shampoo, after shampooing. I have never liked lush bottled conditioners. I find them too light and they do not coat the hair. It is as if I used nothing. A sales associate told me to try the conditioners in the pots. I have not looked back. They coat your hair and actually detangle your hair. Make them soft. Don't smell like an oil change. This one is my favorite. It coats my long (to my lower back), straight, fine, but I have a whole lot of it hair. It detangles my hair. It leaves a slight residue, which I like for styling with heat tools. It does not leave me greasy or limp. Plus, I love the smell. If you do not love jasmine, you should not buy this product. I suggest trying a jasmine bath bomb first, cheaper if you do not like it, or a mini fox shower gel. It scents my hair beautifully for days. I wash my hair every 3-4 days, the scent lasts so if you do not it you are stuck with it. With my long hair, I do not find this hydrating enough as a mask. Someone with medium to short fine hair could use this as a mask. I also do not think curly coarse hair would be able to use this as a mask. They might like it as an every day, post shampoo conditioner depending on the length and dryness of their hair.

I have thick, wavy/curly hair and there are very few things that have can tame it. Unfortunately this product wasn't one of them. It smells AWFUL - like old salad dressing - and it took 3 or 4 shampoos for the smell to wash off my hair. It did make my hair softer, but it also made it incredibly poofy and my curls were completely undefined. Basically, I had really soft hair that was impossible to control or style. I had to use multiple other hair products just to make it tolerable.

I got this in a sample pack and tried it and... oh my... it was awful! I have wavy hair that is kind of medium thickness and I usually use Marylin and i thought this would be a nice change to my routine. and on my my my it left my hair greasy and limp for TWO DAYS. Not cool. Usually I love everything I try from Lush but this was a real bust.

I've been an avid user of the jasmine and henna but I'm finally writing a review. This stuff is amazing. I swear by this stuff. I've been using it for a couple of years. I use only half of the jar once a month. (Don't forget to save the black jars to bring back to lush for a free face mask!!) I've gotten used to the smell but if you haven't tried it, it smells like concentrated jasmine and dirt. I find the consistency to be that of hummus haha. Some tips:

1.)Start at the roots! Then move over to the ends of the hair
2.)Do this over the weekend- if you're not going anywhere just let you hair soak it in all day
3.)Don't completely wash it off in the shower until the day after. I do this sometimes to just lessen the grease but still have a little conditioning. I know it's gross, but again... if you're not going anywhere haha.
4.)If you ARE going somewhere, I suggest you wash well or your hair is going to be really greasy.
5.)After applying go outside when it's hot or blow dry your hair to activate those cuticle to really absorb the natural oils
6.)Do this over the sink or bathtub (Don't worry it doesn't stain!)
7.)You can use those plastic condiment bottles and run it through your roots for more effective root penetration.
8.)It's normal for it to harden on your hair. When you wash in hot water it melts right off to reveal gorgeous hair.

Honestly, You MUST try this one: if your hair is heat damaged, dry, brittle, lacking in shine, and needs body and bounce, you should go get this.

I was happy with the initial results (mostly the smell was divine). Used another 1/3 a month later and was happy with the results. Used the last 1/3 a week after that and left it on overnight. i think i spent the entire next day after washing my hair with my fingers in my hair. I barely use my expensive conditioner any more. I even use less shampoo? My curls are soft, luxurious, shiny, hold shape, etc etc etc. I have literally bought this for all my GFs with dry hair. It's a gift from jasmine heaven. I get so many compliments now! And yes... I slather on in the evening... comb through and sleep with it on. Once my hair condition improved i could use less... i advise starting with 1/2 a tub a week till u get the results u want. You are worth it.

Service and delivery comments:

I order 2 at a time, keep them in the fridge. I reorder when i open the 2nd tub... i cannot be without this product no matter how fast the order arrives.

I loved how it left my hair, but the smell was so bad!, I got a massive headache.
So next day I wash my hair, and that smell was this there, the jasmine smell is not for me. But other than that, its an amazing product! does what it says Fluff-Ease.

So....this product last me FOREVER. I have hair that varies from chin length to my shoulders. It grows really fast and I will cut it again. I had one pot of Henna Fluff and my haired varied between those two lengths and I got about 8 uses out of it! I coat my hair throughly but don't use too much. Actually last time I used too much because I wanted to finish the pot and I didn't like it as much it was almost too heavy. My hair right now is right under my jawline, medium thickness and wavy. It is colored a maroon shade and I swear using this helps to save my color plus helps to fight damage from constant coloring. I love it and surely will continue to buy!

The directions say to leave it in for 20 min then rinse out but I find it works best when I apply it to dry hair and leave it in. My hair is thick and dry and wavy so it frizzes bad when i dont use this product. Beyond that, the smell is intoxicating! My hair is soft silky and shiny without feeling greasy. I am hooked for life on this stuff! It goes a long way too. Yay!

I really love the way this stuff defined my curls. My only complaint is that the container is small for the price. My hair is not quite to my shoulders but it's really thick very curly and I used half the pot for one treatment. I could have used more but I was being conservative.

OH MY GOD!!! I adore this product, I got it with the Headcase kit thinking, Oh I'll try this but I don't really expect it to work. I am mixed and have hair that is super curly, coarse and all around difficult to work with, and so I have tried many products claiming to help my hair type, the majority of those have only sort of helped the problem. Jasmine and Henna fluff really eased my fluff! It smooths out the frizz adds shine and moisture and smells great. The longer you leave it on the better it works. I comb my hair out in four sections, massaged half the container into my scalp and hair (my hair is past my shoulder blades in length) and then twist my hair and clip it in place, put a shower cap on and leave it in for two hours. This stuff leaves your hair soft and frizzless for a few days, plus the jasmine smell stays with you (I even got complimented on how good I smelled, I wasn't wearing any perfume so it took me a second to realize it was my hair). I will continue to use and buy this, it is my new holy grail product.

Maybe this was doomed for me because I had already tried H'suan but it just couldn't compare!
It did help to sort out tangles and moisturize hair, just not as much as the other.
The smell was more pleasent, but too strong for me.

I love the smell of this product, it is a bit pricey for me so I only buy it once a year. I can get about 3-4 uses out of the jar so it is a treat to myself. My only con is that the effects don't last more than 2 days. I just ordered some more so I decided next time I use it I will keep it overnight and see it that helps it really soak in.

I use J&HFE as a deep conditioner; I'll slather my hair in it and wear a towel around the house for over an hour. My hair comes out soft, smooth, manageable and smells great. The effects last for days. As a swimmer who deals with the effects of chlorine and hard water, this product restores luster and manageability to my tortured locks. Be sure to rinse it out thoroughly to avoid greasiness or a feeling of 'residue' after using.

From MANY years of dying my hair every color known to man, my hair was very dry and THINNING! I picked this product up in hopes that it would make my hair smooth enough to not have to flat iron it every day! This product FAR exceeded my expectations, I can let my hair AIR DRY and I will have soft smooth shiny hair that I'm proud to wear out of the house, no heat product needed!I use this product maybe once or twice every week, leaving it on for about half an hour.husband can't stop running his fingers through my hair, and who am I to stop him ;)

The smell is great! I love it. I have really long hair and it's very thick. I wish I didn't have to use so much. I'm kind of disappointed because I had to use half of the tub and my results where ok, but they were't what I expected. My ends where still really dry and not that much shine added, the only good thing is that my hair is usually fluffy and frizzy on my outer layers which is what makes me not wear my natural hair down because it gets big, but this treatment reduced that. It's more tamed and sleek.

I just rinsed it out with warm water, maybe that's why it didn't fully work for me. For my next use I'm gonna wash it out and use my conditioner, hopefully that helps a little more!

I make my own hair products, but I like to try commercial products too. This hair treatment did everything it's makers claimed it'd do. And the smell, OMG, I can't think of anything that smells as intoxicating as this! My only disappointment was that the pot is small so I only got two applications out of it, but man did my hair feel amazing afterwards! I really hated to wash my hair after my treatment! If the quantity were larger I'd use it as a regular conditioner! But don't take my word for it-get some for yourself!

I have hair that is naturally wavy/curly, but which I occasionally wear straight, and I've found that this hair treatment softens and shines my hair without interfering with either. It doesn't weigh it down at all. This product does have a very strong jasmine scent, but that's only to be expected - if you don't like the smell in the jar, you are not going to like it on your head!

I use this product in two different ways. When I wear my hair curly, I go through a no-poo phase - no shampoo, not even sulfate-free shampoos. Just conditioner! I'll use this product once every other week and wash it out with only water. It de-frizzes without weighing my hair down, and my hair curls right up.

If I plan to wear my hair straight or to heavily style it, I use a lot of heat, and at the end of the week I use this product to help my hair recover.

As a side note, I have NEVER had to use as much of this product as LUSH recommends. When I had waist-length hair, I used half a jar. Now that I have mid-back length hair, I use a quarter.

This prewash moisturizer is fantastic, but its pretty pricey for the amount of uses you get out of a pot. I have long hair and easily used half of a pot. Next to Turkish Delight, its my favorite Lush product.

I used this product as a deep conditioner because I am very hard on my hair, and I thought it could use a little extra TLC.
I have to start out by saying that this is a product that has a strong smell. If you are sensitive to smells DO NOT even think about using this product. If you aren't sensitive to smells, this conditioner is floral heaven. It's aroma will fill your bathroom as soon as you open it, and it will stick with you forever. Who needs perfume with this product? Not me! Fortunately for me, I love the scent. Some reviews I had read when considering buying this product indicated that others did not like it.
Aside from the scent, the product did make my hair feel a lot softer and made it very easy to manage. It was also easy to apply. I combed it through my hair after shampooing and then left it in for several hours after my shower before rinsing.
The downside of this product is that it did absolutely nothing to tame my flyaways. Instead, it kind of made my hair frizzy - which is not a problem I normally have, and it made my hair look a bit greasy at the roots. Other than that, I think that this could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship for my hair and the conditioner.

This is the best hair treatment I've tried yet and I've tried more than I can count (many non-Lush products, too.) My hair is very odd - extremely curly yet fine and dry. Easily tangles and easily frizzes out. I LOVE the Jasmine and Henna Fluff Eaze! The smell is gorgeous and lasts beyond shampooing and conditioning, which is great. It makes my hair behave SO well. I can't get over it. Curly but not frizzy and with some VOLUME to it. Thank you, Lush!!
