Great shampoo and travels so well, but that's been said in lots of reviews! If you've got disability 'issues' and opening or using a shampoo bottle is a challenge, these little bars are heavenly! I discovered them when I had hand surgery, and now recommend them to friends who have arthritis in fingers, hands, or shoulders. There's no messing with flip-top lids or slippery bottles...you can literally wash your hair with just one hand.

I have sworn to using Lush's Solid Shampoos for life. At first I saw the price, and I was skeptical. But I've had my Shine Shampoo for about 2 months and I've barely put a dent in it! A little REALLY does go a long way.
I have shoulder length hair, and like the sales rep said to, I rub in on my head in only 2 circles, and I've got full lather and a lovely scent. My hair comes out shiny & squeaky clean, but make sure to use conditioner!
Oh and for some reason my Shine bar doesn't have any sparkles in it, but apparently its suppose to??

I have softened water in my place, and I've tried differnt lush solid shampoo bar; including the ultimate shine, they all leave my hair flat and limp as if they were never washed in days. The shampoo bars all smell good, but when I wash my hair with it, it feels like I'm just washing hair with a bar soap, i mean the texture of the hair after wash is really weird. I dont understand how others give lush product such good review. Seriously, I just dont understand. I am asian, with long black hair, perhaps this product line does not work well on asian hair type.

I've been using Ultimate Shine for about a month now, and I can honestly say that my hair is much shinier now! Oh, and softer too.

Only downside is that it takes awhile to rinse all the suds out. I don't like to waste water, Lush!

LOVE this product. While the smell isn't the best, the lather and shine it affords to my hair is amazing. I LOVE using it and it is easy to store with or without the tin as it doesn't melt. Will definitely continue using this product, though the price is a bit steep.

i love this product so much!! when i first saw the solid shampoo bars i didnt think they would actually wash my hair, but the employee told me that its great for dull hair and adds tons of shine, so i knew it would be great for me. and its only 10 dollars for a bar thats worth THREE bottles of shampoo! when i used it, me hair felt really clean and super silky! and the people are so right, my hair is so shiny!!

I love lush, and this is my favorite shampoo they have.I have thick hair and it deffantly cleans it well. I am also a red head and after a shower using this in the sun my hair shines and my natural colors come out more.

Looooove this shampoo! My hair is way too thick, dry, and lacking shine. This is not a miracle (nothing ever is) but it's the best I've tried. It gives SO MUCH LATHER and lasts a long time!

A swipe to the right, a swipe to the left, a swipe under my hairline and my hair is covered in bubbles. Two months using the bar and my hair has grown two 1/2 inches, and there's still bar left. My hair is thin but there's a lot of it, now there's shine in every strand.

I was amazed by this product. I'd never used a solid shampoo before, but it only takes about 4 swipes through my very thick hair to completely lather up my whole head, and leave it really clean and smelling lovely!
The next day after my first use my mu commented on how shiny my hair was, and everyone's always saying how nice it smells :3

I've been bidding farewell to my lovely locks since I turned 17, so I take great pride in the few follicles that remain on my head. Ultimate Shine has revitalized my hair, giving it a fullness and depth I hadn't seen in almost a decade. I use it every morning in the shower. Just a quick scrub between my hands, and the lather is tremendous. I have more than enough to shampoo my admittedly thin hair and ridiculously thick full beard. People have commented how healthy my hair is looking, and I owe it all to Lush. My stylist won't believe I'm getting these kinds of results from a shampoo bar.

I am a swimmer with long, sandy-blonde hair that is often severely dried by chlorine and sun damage. I am very conscious about what I put in my hair because I need a product that will NOT leave my hair drier or more damaged! This bar adds fantastic shine! It lather's extraordinarily well with just a little bit of water. I wouldn't say that this is an excellent moisturizing shampoo, but that's not the product's intentions anyway- it's just a good shampoo that will leave your hair smelling fantastic, looking princess-pretty, and you'll feel shiny all day! GET IT!

I already have shiny hair, but since I was given this as a gift, I tried it out. After using this product, my hair seemed duller instead of shinier and my hair, which is already really oily, seemed to have product build up a lot quicker. Lush does have products that work well with my hair, unfortunately, this is not one of them.

This shampoo lathers well, but left my fine hair very flat and limp, looked like I haven't wash my hair for a week or so. Not for me, maybe good for somone with very very dry thick hair.

I love this. I just lather it in between my hands and then lather my hair with it. Even though it's not like hair commercial shiny, it still gives me a healthy soft shine. I used it with the jungle conditioner, so the smell that people were commenting about wasn't there? It smelt lovely in the shower though.

I use this shampoo every time I shower, and it works really well. I love that I swipe it three times and the lather is great - it feel much less wasteful in comparison to liquid shampoo. It also travels great as I don't have to worry about a bottle bursting in my bag. I have very fine, straight hair and I was glad to see it didn't completely sap all moisture from my hair - but still cleans well.

I was given this as a gift from my dad. I thought that was a neat idea, so I tried it out. I have oily hair to begin with, but this just made it worse. I had to wash my hair twice a day to keep it from getting too greasy.

I'm now on my third supply of Ultimate Shine. Each bar lasts me about three or so months, which is pretty good, considering its CONSTANT use.

I haven't really washed my hair with anything else in over a year, and I haven't regretted it! Anytime I'm forced to use another shampoo I immediately tell the difference.

I have thin to medium hair that's stick straight and is easily weighed down by most shampoos, especially those with a lot of chemicals and whatnot. I wouldn't describe myself as wholly organic or anything, but my hair definitely benefited from having a more natural shampoo!

It leaves my hair very shiny and soft, and most importantly, light. I've gotten compliments on how my hair always seems shiny but not greasy, and I have this shampoo to thank! Just a few swipes across my hair and I'm done - it lathers VERY well.

It doesn't really have a particular smell, but it doesn't smell bad. I'm glad, because I love the way my conditioner smells, so it's not a problem.

My hair always feels squeaky clean and beautiful after using this! I'm about to buy my 4th bar of Ultimate Shine. :) I recommend this to EVERYONE! My hair has never been better.

I was shocked at how shiny and soft my hair was just after 2 uses. My hair feels so much healthier without the burden of regular, chemical-laden shampoos. I would definitely recommend this product. The only thing that could improve the bar would be a stronger scent. It barely smells like anything at all.
