I love this product I have more normal skin and it worked wonders for my skin. My skin has litteraly never looked better i love the fine exfoliation.I use it morning it makes my skin feel so refreshed and clean. Although the only bad thing about it is that once you get close to the end it isn't as fresh feeling but that is to be expected with any product so. But it really is absolutely my favorite cleanser i have ever used i absolutely love it and am about to be on my second purchase of it!! I look forward to being able to use it morning and night.

I got this for my blackheads. The sales women put this on my hand and it made it so soft! It smelled great and it was calming and milky. Though when I put it on my face the almonds and the grainy things were to rough on my face. It left it clean, but I did notice a pimple or too. It made my face red also. But it makes a wonderful body wash.

I didn't get acne until I went to college. I struggled with the annoying, deep pimples that left scars all over my face. I was never so self conscious about my skin before! I am allergic to chemicals such as benzyl peroxide (in Proactive, Clearsil, etc) so none of those fancy face washes worked for me. Angels on Bare Skin has helped me get rid of acne scars (IT'S POSSIBLE!!!) within weeks of using this along with Eau Roma toner. I love how it cleans my face, but doesn't strip it from all the essential "oils" off my face.

I recently saw a picture of my skin from one year ago... Wow. I cannot tell you how much I love this, seriously. This is my holy grail. I've never gotten so many compliments on my skin before.

This stuff has changed my life. From bumpy red skin across my cheeks to acne outbreaks around my hairline, I was a mess. Within three days of using Angels, it was all gone. I wash my face at night, then use toner and moisturizer. After so many other products and so many bad skin days, it is truly a luxury to touch my face and finally understand what people mean by a "dewy" complexion.

I have incredibly sensitive skin and experience all of the common skin woes (my face is both too dry and too oily and breaks out a lot). Normally I wouldn't try out a new cleanser but I was given a small sample and wanted to try it out. Whilst it felt really nice during use (despite some awkwardness of the products texture and use method) the next morning I woke up with painful red spots all along the middle of my face (forehead, nose, the area right below my eyes and next to my nose). It hurt to wash my face with plain water.

I think this product has a lot of potential, but I don't think it is a good idea for a person with persistent skin problems. It might be great for someone who experiences the occasional blemish or whatever, but if, like me, your skin problems are at a 'go-to-the-dermatologist-regularly' level I'd suggest you pass.

I was looking for a new cleanser as I no longer liked the brand I was using before. I loved Lush for it's bath and body products, but not their facial products. One night, I decided to try it after a Sales Associate showed me how to use Angels. I was very surprised at the results and bought a month's worth of product to try at home. It definitely took some getting used to using it. I realized to take a pea-sized amount in my palm, use a little water, and crush it to make a paste to then apply. The results afterward were great and my skin felt so clean! It smells so fresh and light too. It is way too messy to just put on the face plus that doesn't show results. It's very gentle and that also took some getting used to since my skin is hardy and can take a lot. But the results showed themselves and I've been loyal to angels ever since. Plus, Angels is perfect for travel since I don't have to worry about any mess in my cosmetic case. Now I'm hooked to Lush's facial skincare products!

I've been using Angels on Bareskin at the recommendation of my favorite Lush employee for just about a week now. I can honestly say I'm EXCITED to wash my face with this stuff. It makes my skin super soft, it smells excellent, and my breakouts are clearing up. Could not have asked for better!

I was given a free sample of this stuff and am still using the sample for over a month. I am amazed how much this stuff stretches. You only need a dab for it to do the trick. Definitely a smart financial buy.

This is by far the best cleanser I have ever used! It is gentle on my dry, sensitive skin, yet exfoliates well. I use this in conjunction with a fresh face mask, usually Love Lettuce. I cleanse each morning and evening with Angels on Bare Skin!

This product is awesome!! It smells wonderful. I have sensitive combination skin.. Dry, yet break out prone. And this product really cleanses effectively without any irritation. I'm in love with this face wash! I feel like the clay kinda tightens your skin but because there is lots of good oil in it, it does not dry your face out. I use a pea size amount & add enough water so its like a thin paste & then I smear it on my face! The almonds are nice & scrubby. Everyone needs to try this once!

I tried this product when I was having severe skin problems hoping it would alleviate some of the redness and blemishes. It smelled nice, but that's all I can say about it - I didn't get the results I needed while using it.

This is my favorite lush product! I use it usually before bed, but sometimes in the mornings too! When i wash my face with this, it feels and smells like im smoothing crushed rose petals onto my face. To use this product, you take a pinch of it and mix it with some water. The paste softly crumbles and smooths across your skin, and it's incredibly relaxing and refreshing! Close your eyes and you could swear you were wiping your face with fistfuls of every wonderful flower, seed and earth! and you can feel it gently, kissingly cleaning your pores. It smells AMAZING! my sister said if i had put it in the refrigerator she would have eaten it! it's so natural feeling and smelling, I feel like such a flower child using this! My acne cleared up IMMEDIATELY, and my skin is healthy, happy, and GLOWING. I'm not kidding. at all. this is the perfect product! I use lotion afterwards to leave my skin looking its best.

I walked into Lush after the drugstore facewash I'd been using for years just stopped working for me. I talked to an associate and she tried some things on my hand and I walked out with about 3ox of this and 3oz of Aquamarina. I have really sensitive skin that turns beet red with even the slightest bit of irritation and get the occasional small blemish but anything the cleans too deeply makes me dry out and peel so these two seemed like the best bets.

I was having some redness issues so I tried Aquamarine first for about a week. It was lovely and calmed things and cleared things. Then I decided to give Angels a go and the morning after I washed with it for the first time I'd broken out in large, painful zits across my cheeks and chin. I haven't had any form of acne that bad since my early teens. I kept using it for about five more days hoping that this is one of those "gets worse before it gets better" kind of products. It wasn't. The zits got worse and this product HURT to wash with because of all the little bits and it stung like crazy when it come into contact with the blemishes.
I ended up going back to Aquamarina and giving what I had left of this to my mom who loves it. It's really seemed to brighten and make her skin seem a little more youthful despite already looking quite young for her age. I had a different associate try to recommend it to me again when I went in to replenish my Aquamarina supply and she seemed pretty shocked that I'd had such a bad reaction to this and promptly asked if I'm allergic to lavender at all (I'm not). The only other thing she could think of was just that my skin didn't like the ground almonds for some reason because this is usually their go to recommendation for sensitive skin that gets a wee bit blemish-y sometimes.

So I would recommend this products to others, I would just say to ask for a sample in store first rather than just rushing out and buying a container of it.

I have used so many different cleansers, it's ridiculous. I have probably damaged my skin even more just from the constant switching around.

I've never used a solid cleanser before so I tried this on a whim, not really expecting that I would like it.
WELL, I was SERIOUSLY WRONG.
I love this stuff! The smell alone drives me nuts, it is so good! You may think it would be messy to use, but it really isn't.
My skin gets super clean, but doesn't leave you with that sometimes painful "squeaky clean" feel. As soon as I start rubbing it onto my face I can feel it moisturizing, which for me is so satisfying because I get very dry patches of skin sometimes.
After rinsing & pat drying, my skin glows & feels so soothed & refreshed!
I'm keeping this one around for sure!

i use a large pea sized pinch on my face, neck and upper chest.
