I love citrus smells for waking me up, I'm not a morning person, I'm not even a strong smell person due to migraines(citrus usually won't give me one) wow what a eye opener this stuff is. don't even have to use it and it kicks the brain awake. lathers really well, but unfortunately the smell doesn't linger as long as I'd like. I leave the top off in the bathroom so there is a cheery smell wafting down the hall.

I purchased Slammer because I adore citrus scents, and lime-scented things in particular. I am so glad I bought this! If you like the scent of limes, or of margaritas, then you'll probably like this. It's a bit runny, and the smell doesn't linger on your skin after you get out of the shower (unfortunately...), but it produces a rich lather, lasts for a long time, and did I mention that it smells amazing!? I just can't get enough of it. I have to smell it every time I get in the shower, I love it that much.

I use the Slammer every day and it is a lovely thing. I did try it once in my hair and I found it didn't leave my hair feeling so great (it left it a bit dry). HOWEVER! That doesn't stop my eternal love for this product, the color is a wonderful redish-orange, it smells WONDERFUL and the lather is so bubble-icious! Just stand in the shower for an extra second and inhale the smell...you'll feel alive again. I guarentee it.

I fell in love with lush first because of the shampoo bars. I try to be green as much as possible and lush is sooooo eco-friendly. I was online searching retro and came upon this and just the description made my mouth water, so i knew I had to try it! This will not disappoint you if you love citrus scented lush products. I would buy this again, I can see why retro brought it back : )

Slammer went under my radar for a very long while. I've gone on a bit of a citrus spree, so I decided to try it. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE!! It smells amazing!! Even my mom, who I've been trying to convert to Lush for years now loves it! I had to give her a sample and let my 7 year old use it too, and they both agree it smells YUMMY! I'm half a bottle down now and I'm only 3 showers in myself....guess I'm buying the big bottle this time!

Here is the thing... this shower gel smells AMAZING, but as soon as you leave the shower the smell is gone. I would love to smell like this all day long, but the scent doesn't stay on the skin at all. Lather is great, I love using it. It's just that it's expensive for a body wash and I want the scent to last.

This smells very good. A bit like a margarita. The color is a pretty orange/red and it lathers very well. The only things I didn't like is that it seemed to dry my skin a bit, and the scent does not linger on my skin, like I wish it would. Other than that, I really like it.

I'M SORRY OTHER BODY WASH. I'M REAL HAPPY FOR YOU, AND I MIGHT USE YOU AGAIN, BUT LUSH SLAMMER IS THE BEST BODY WASH OF ALL TIME. OH ALL TIME. It's really pathetic how infatuated I am with Slammer. In fact, up until a few minutes ago I had it next to my at my computer desk. It's a great scent, and it really woke me up. If for nothing less then being ecstatic about smelling like margarita mix.

As my 8 year old son said, "This is the best of them all!" (And he's a die hard Honey I Washed The Kids fan!) The smell is amazing. Not only do you have the energizing zing of lemon, the sharp lime scent really bursts through to open up the senses. Slammer is a stand out "fresh" shower gel scent, well worth trying.(If you even think of discontinuing this product Lush, please give us Lushies forewarning to be able to stock our cupboards full!)

I love this soap. I was so sad when Lush discontinued it! I stocked up, but am down to my very last tiny bit. As soon as this is back in stock, I'm buying several bottles. The smell of this is just awesome.

I am a long-time Lush addict and I'll tell you, this is the best product I've used. The smell is incredible-- beachy and citrusy and sharp. I'm pregnant and sick all the time, and this is the one thing that cuts through my queasiness and makes me feel refreshed. I am totally addicted and recommend it for Lushies pregnant and non-pregnant alike!

One of my favorite Lush products and my favorite shower gel. The scent "blooms" in the shower, and stays subtly on your skin afterward. There really does seem to be something in the combination of essential oils that gets your brain in gear. If you have a certain cranberry body scrub from, ahem, another shop, try it with Slammer: the combo is amazing !

The first time I used this shampoo I was ooo-ing and ah-ing so much, my husband thought I had someone in the shower with me! This is my absolute favorite of all the shower gels! It smells good, wakes me up, leaves a nice scent and is moisturizing, too! A real winner!! Please don't ever discontinue this!!

I got this recently on a recommendation because i am a faithful Happy Hippy user. I have got to say i was pleased with everything about this gel. The smell is not too strong but is strong enough to warm up your senses early in the morning. It says its for hangover rescue, but i don't drink that much and like it more for waking me up for work in the morning. If you like Happy Hippy, then try this. The lather is not as soft as happy hippy's is, but this is a good swap.

I would marry Slammer if I could. Sweet limey goodness, rich moisturizing (or at least non-drying) lather. And it makes the best shampoo for my dry coarse curls! This is absolutely the best product LUSH has, hands-down.

My all time favorite shower gel.The perfect blend of citrus sweet & sour! A great way to wake up and leave your skin and mind refreshed, and I always get compliments after I use this, that I smell good, even my doctor said so lol! I love it.. I wish it would always be available..please don't take it away!!!
