Macadamia nuts are 70% fat and contain high levels of Omega-7 palmitoleic acid (a valuable fatty acid with antioxidant properties) as well as protein, niacin, iron, magnesium and thiamine. The oil is a clear, golden liquid with a slightly nutty scent.
The oil is highly compatible with our skin; it's nourishing and easily absorbed. In hair products, it can smooth down the hair follicles, enhance shine and replace lost oils from hair and scalp.
