Organic Blood Orange Oil

Citrus sinensis

Rich in monoterpenes, such as linalool and geraniol, we use blood orange oil to help soothe redness and irritation in the skin. In haircare, it helps balance the scalp and acts as a protective barrier for the hair shaft.

The blood orange is a natural mutation of the orange, which is itself a hybrid, probably between the pomelo and the tangerine. They originate in the southern Mediterranean, where they have been grown since the 18th century.
