1) This Lush Give Machine Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Lush Cosmetics North America (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway begins at 8 AM on December 6, 2023, and ends at 6 PM on December 6, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). Eligible participants may enter this Giveaway by visiting the Lushiverse at Madison Square Park Southwest Corner (located at 23rd Street and Broadway) during the Giveaway Period. By providing the entrant’s email address, each participant will receive a $10 promotional gift card. The promotional gift card is redeemable online, in stores, and for spa treatments at the Lexington Spa and will be valid until December 31, 2023.
2) This Giveaway is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and who are legal residents of the United States. Void in all other states and territories, including where prohibited. Each person may participate only once. Entries will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person acting as the authorized account holder of the email address submitted. Incomplete entries are void. Neither the Sponsor, nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, judging, and promotion agencies, and respective employees of each (“Sponsor Parties”), assumes any responsibility for late, inaccurate, lost, illegible, or misdirected entries. Any participant who provides materially false information shall be disqualified, including any false or duplicative email addresses.
3) BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTING ANY GIFT, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR PARTIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY, THE PARTICIPANT FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY. SPONSOR PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND THE PARTICIPANT WAIVES ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as planned, including without limitation, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, typographical errors, technical failures, fraud, low participation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. By sending any email address of any person, you represent that you have the full legal right to provide the email address and that use of the email address by the Sponsor and all other persons and entities will not violate any law, statute, ordinance, regulation or any other right of any person, including privacy rights.
