Vinegar, made from coconuts?! Made by fermenting coconut sap and water for up to a year, this little-known culinary ingredient gives hair gloss, shine and a soft texture. It is also nutrient and amino acid-rich - perfect for keeping the hair and skin strong!

Coconut Vinegar has been used for thousands of years in Southeast Asian and Indian countries as a staple cooking ingredient. Produced from the sap and water from the coconut flowers and trees, these liquids are left to ferment for 8-12 months where it creates a vinegar with a white, cloudy appearance.
