We are located at the top of Castle Lane, opposite Stradivarius and beside Patisserie Valerie. With bright, open windows and a friendly face ready to welcome you in, our shop is one of the brightest and sparkliest shops in Belfast. We have inward facing double doors and a small ramp into the store. Our store is one of the largest in the UK, with a modern interior and plenty of flat grounded space to peruse. At the front of the store, we have waist-high level sinks where you can engage in interactive demonstrations of some of our hero products. We have large shelving units on each side of the store - our till area is located on the left hand side of the store. Our tills are waist-high and we also have accessible and roaming tills across the store. We have sit-down demo stations in the front window with comfortable cushioned chairs and fresh water available. We have a built-in booth with two back supported pews to the left of our store. At the back, we have our penned bath featured with two podiums for bubble bars. To the right, our party area stands out with a lightbox that advertises information about our party process. Shop guests are welcome to sit and read through information about our party bookings and what this entails. Click and collect services are also available through our website, if you prefer to shop this way. The nearest accessible toilet to the store is in Victoria Square on either the bottom or top level of the building. Victoria Square offers an underground car park, with a short two minute walk to our store.
