Freshness Offer 2025 - Terms and Conditions

Well, well, here’s a lovely surprise for you from us! A Lush haul up to 50% (or other such percentage as advertised) off the original online and retail selling price on the Lush App.Why do we do this? Because we believe fresh is best! At Lush we have a Freshness policy showing our commitment to selling the freshest cosmetics and being transparent so you’ll always know when something was made. But before you start adding to your basket, please take a look at our offer terms and conditions below (please note for online offers that these T&Cs supplement our standard online T&Cs which can be found here):

1. These terms and conditions, together with other relevant LUSH terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Freshness Offer 2025 (the “Offer”). By making a purchase from the offer on the Lush App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is a condition of purchase from the Offer that all Terms are accepted as final.

1. The Offer will begin on the 9th of January 2025 and will end when we have run out of the selected stock. The offer items are exclusive to in-store and online retail offer in the UAE and Bahrain only. 

1. The offer is on a ‘first come first served’ basis and subject to availability. As the stock is limited, it will not be remade once it has been sold through.

1. The products to be included in the offer shall be at our sole discretion and we make no guarantee as to the type or availability of any of the products included within the offer, although we hope to include as many of your favorite festive treats as possible. Products included in the offer will be clearly marked in-store or will be found on the relevant promotion page in the Lush App, with the reduced price also indicated on the App product page. 

1. All stock will be sold in line with our bulk buying policy to ensure products are for personal use and not for resale.

1. We hope you are thrilled with your purchases. However, in the case of a faulty item, we unfortunately may be unable to replace offer items due to limited stock. If we cannot offer you a replacement, Customer Care will be able to offer a full refund on any faulty offer items or errors that occur from online or in-store purchases. If you have purchased online and simply changed your mind, you have the right to a refund if the product is returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition. For more information on refunds, please refer to our standard T&Cs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Some of the products in the offer are nearing the end of the time frames set out in our Freshness Policy (this is not the same thing as their best before date). It’s possible that a few of the items you purchase won’t be as fresh as our full-priced items and we think it’s important you’re aware of that now before receiving them.

1. The discount is applicable against the gross value of the product. This includes VAT where applicable.

1. Where any of these offer terms and conditions conflict with our standard T&Cs, these terms and conditions shall prevail in relation to the purchase of any offer products.

1. We reserve our right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior written notice and at our sole discretion.

1. You explicitly acknowledge and accept the prohibition on commercial resale set out in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Download the latest version of the Lush app.
4. For iOS device users, this is accessible on the Apple App Store. You will require a device with iOS 16.0 or later. For Android device users, this is accessible on Google Play. You will require a device with Android 9 (API 28). 
5. If you already have the Lush app downloaded on your device, make sure you have the latest version. You will require the latest version of the Lush app to participate in this Promotion.
6. The ways in which you can use the Lush app and may also be controlled by the Google Play Store Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Terms of Service will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.

1. Limitation of Liability
2. Subject to clause 15(b), LUSH and its group companies accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in the offer, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.
3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude LUSH’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law.
4. By participating or attempting to participate in this offer, participants agree that LUSH shall not bear any liability for: the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or any damage in any way attributable to this offer or the attempted participation in this offer, subject to clause 15(b).
