Beetroot juice, beetroot juice, beetroot juice! The legend says that if you speak 'beetroot juice' three times in a row... nothing happens. However, if you put that powder in a product it will add a natural colour with bright fuchsia hues.

The beetroot is not only a great name for a fab four cover band, but it's also the well-known, ruby-red edible part of the beet plant.

The root is juiced and the liquid obtained is dried, creating a powder very concentrated in betacyanin, a group of pink and red compounds responsible for this natural purple colour.
