Gedroogd Kombuzeewier (Laminaria digitata)
Kombu seaweed (also known as kelp) is bought dried and becomes slippery and jelly-like when soaked in warm water. Full of minerals and vitamins, it tones, soothes and cleanses the skin.
Kombu seaweed is well known in Asia, where it’s used for nutritious soups. They can be a few meters long and form an underwater 'kelp forest' in the oceans. These are recognised as one of the most productive and dynamic ecosystems on Earth.
