Whether it's a birthday celebration, the festive season, or just to show they're in your thoughts – a gift you created (with a lil' help from us) will surely be memorable.

Please note: Customisation isn't currently available in the Lush App, but keep an eye out for it soon!

It's so easy to do!

Just follow these five simple steps:

1. Add all their favourite products to your shopping bag

2. Click the Bag icon in the upper righthand corner

3. Select "Create a Bespoke Lush Gift Box". If the option doesn't show, make sure you don't have an item we can't include in your bag (listed below).

4. Follow the prompts to design their gift box with the customised elements of your choice

5. Check out!

What Does a Personalised Gift Include?

The customised elements include:

A tray colour of your choice that the products will sit in
A sleeve with your choice of bath art design that we'll put the tray into for further protection
A selection of pre-written messages that you can choose for your box.
And, finally, a custom message label that will be added to a card and included in the box for an even more personalised feel

Which Products Can’t Go in a Customised Gift Box?

There are a few products we're not able to include in our customised gift boxes. These include:

Gift tins
Pre-wrapped gifts

Everything else is good to go!

What Does Each Gift Box Include?

Each personalised gift box includes three custom elements: a tray colour of your choice, a sleeve design of your choice and then a box with a pre-printed message.

We offer three gift box sizes.

Our smallest box holds 1-3 products

Our medium box holds 3-5 products

And our large box holds 5-7 products

The price for all three is the same.

How Much Does a Customised Gift Box Cost?

You can choose from 3 different sizes of gift boxes that can hold 1-7 products. The box itself (including tray and sleeve) is $12 for a pre-written message, whatever the size, to which we add the cost of each product you have carefully chosen.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?
