Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.
You can still enjoy FREE delivery on orders over $95. Currently, orders are dispatched 1-2 days after you place your order.
We hope you’ll understand and bear with us during the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 as we work in new ways to ensure the safety and the needs of you, our staff, and our courier partners.
We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary. There may also be some delays with our delivery partner, NZ Couriers during this time. We advise that you check with them directly to determine how their delays may impact your order.
Shipping Rates & Times
As we use a Courier service to safely deliver all of our orders, we are unable to send to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please ensure you provide a full delivery address when ordering.
Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 1pm. For all orders placed after 1pm, the following day will be considered the first working day. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

2 - 5 working days for most areas.
All orders will be delivered by NZ Couriers and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it.
Otherwise, a card will be left and your parcel will need to be redelivered or collected from your local NZ couriers depot or agency. Please note NZ Couriers will only deliver from Monday to Friday. If your parcel contains any Fresh Face Masks we will not send it out on a Friday.
Rural deliveries sometimes take a day or two longer as the parcel will be passed on to your local rural delivery driver. Please allow for this when ordering goods for urgent delivery.
