In cosmetics, grape juice is a desirable ingredient for its antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The juice is rich in malic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). AHAs help to restore moisture, exfoliate the skin’s top layers and aid absorption of other ingredients.

We take fresh green grapes, blend them, squeeze out the juice through a muslin cloth and then add it to some of our fresh products for their beneficial properties.  

Fresh green grapes help to degrease the skin and give a thorough cleanse without stripping moisture from the skin. Varieties of grape are eaten as fruit, dried to produce raisins, currants and sultanas, or crushed to make juice and wine. 'The queen of fruits', as the grape is sometimes known, has excellent properties as a medicinal plant.
