COVID-19 - What measures are in place at the Hairlab?
We're so pleased to welcome you back! All of our normal policies have been updated below to support measures to keep you and our staff safe. We've also implemented updated hygiene procedures and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in line with government guidelines. Some of these measures include additional deep-cleaning, handwashing and a reduced menu of experiences, designed to make sure you have the safest and most enjoyable Hairlab visit possible.
What is the Lush HairLab and where can I find it?
2019 saw Lush’s first in-store HairLab opening on the ground floor of the freshly relocated Lush Liverpool. The treatments you’ll now find in Liverpool all start with a consultation to determine what you want and how your hair journey will look. Throughout every stage of treatment, cut and styling your HairLab stylist will ensure that you are cared for, providing an insight into the techniques and processes required to build the style you need, and ensuring that you stay informed throughout.
How can I book a treatment?
Currently we're not accepting walk-in appointments, to keep you and our lovely staff safe. To book in with our Liverpool Hairlab, give the HairLab team a call on 01512 366952. We'll ask you a few COVID-19 wellness questions prior to your appointment. Gift cards also are available in-store.
What experiences are available at the HairLab?

How do I determine my hair length?
HairLab experiences are priced according to hair length, and not gender. We use the simple measurements of:
Arriving at the HairLab
Please arrive at the time of your appointment as due to social distancing we do not have any waiting areas currently open.
We're not currently able to provide appointments for minors due to safety measures in place, but we hope to be able to offer this again in the future.
All our services (including henna application) are suitable for pregnant clients, but do involve lying down (on your back) on our comfy reclining seat for a maximum of 30 minutes. Certain experiences can be tailored to ensure the comfort of the client where a maximum of 10 minutes lying down is required. Please contact the reception team for more information.
The Lush HairLab have a full range of vegan hair products available. All experiences are easily tailored toward vegan client requirements during consultation.
