    Is click and collect available to everyone in the UK?

    Click and Collect is available in all of our UK&I shops, depending on stock availability.

    What is the cut off for time for click and collect?

    You can order before 3pm for same day click and collect. Orders made after 3pm will be available for collection the following day. In this instance, we’ll email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to store until we have contacted you. 

    How soon after ordering can I come and collect?

    For orders placed before 3pm, your order should be available within 2 hours. However please do not travel to store until we have contacted you to say your order is ready. 

    How do I pay / what payment methods are accepted?

    All of our usual payment methods are accepted for same day delivery and click and collect.

    How long will the store hold onto my order for?

    We’ll hold your order for 7 days after it’s ready for collection. We’ll refund your order back to the original payment method if you’re unable to collect. 

    An item is missing from my order, how do I get it replaced?

    For click and collect, please contact the store using the details provided in your email confirmation.

    An item is damaged in my order, how can I get it replaced?

    For click and collect, please contact the store using the details provided in your email confirmation.

    I have been given the wrong item, how do I get this sorted?

    For click and collect, please contact the store using the details provided in your email confirmation.

    I placed the order under my name but my friend is picking it up? Is this ok?

    Yes. Please bring the order reference number or confirmation email to the store, along with the order name.
