    What's new?
    Check out our new Fresh and Flowers features, log in through lush.com and navigate your account easier than ever before. Simply, click "Subscriptions", then "Manage Subscription" under your Lush Fresh and Flowers account and you can seamlessly make updates and adjustments.

    Where is Lush Fresh and Flowers available?
    We want to ensure everything arrives fresh at your door, so we can only send our Fresh & Flowers boxes to Mainland UK (with some postcode restrictions), France and Japan. This will help us guarantee your box arrives fresh. We ship from the UK, France and Japan.

    How much is the monthly subscription box and shipping?
    The box is a fixed price of £35, which includes Next Day Delivery.

    Important dates (shipping, sign up)
    The last chance to sign up for the upcoming box is the 24th of the month. Payment will be taken on the 25th. We will then prepare all the Fresh products and boxes and send them out on or around the 11th of the following month with next day delivery and tracking.

    For example, for March's box - 24th February is the last day to select and subscribe. The following day, 25th February is when payment will be taken. You will then receive your box in March.

    Please note, any shipping or payment detail changes must be made prior to the 25th of the month. For example, if you would like to update your shipping address/payment details for March’s box this would need to be done between 26th January - 24th February. In the case you were not able to do this on time please contact your local customer care.

    Where can I find out what's coming up?
    We'll update our website every month with the exclusive fresh products & flowers coming up next month.

    Can I track my fresh and flowers delivery?
    All orders for Fresh & Flowers are trackable. As soon as your Fresh & Flowers Box is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You're also welcome to call and speak to your local Customer Care team.

    I'm vegan, will I be able to use all the products in the Fresh and Flowers box?
    Not every product will be vegan - we will clearly list the contents of each box in advance and ingredients used. Every box will be vegetarian and some will be entirely vegan.

    How do I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
    You can pause, skip or cancel whenever you want. You can easily pause your entire subscription and reactivate it at any time. Additionally, you can also skip individual monthly boxes and then un-skip if you change your mind. This can all be done by logging into your Lush account at lush.com and selecting “Manage Subscriptions”.

    How do I make changes to my shipping, billing or payment information?
    Log in to your Lush account on our website and select “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be given an option to update your information. Please note that changes need to be made before the first of the month to avoid being charged and shipped the next month’s box(es).

    Where do you source the flowers?
    The fresh flowers included each month are inspired by the local seasons. In the UK we source local when possible, usually from flower fields in Cornwall.
