THE COMFORTER PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY 2025
PROMOTER: Lush Retail Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03084750, whose registered office address is at: 29 High Street, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1AB (the “Promoter”).
PRIZE: The Comforter? treatment RRP £110 (https://www.lush.com/uk/en/p/the-comforter-spa-treatment) at the Lush Covent Garden Spa.
ENTRY PERIOD: The opening date for entries is the 1st May 2025 at 12:00pm BST. The closing date of the prize draw is 4th May 2025 at 6:00pm BST. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
HOW TO ENTER: When signing up to the Lush newsletter, an entrant may opt in to the prize draw.
1. The prize draw is open to all new newsletter subscribers who sign up at the Lush Covent Garden pop-up during the Entry Period.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault including but not limited to technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be chosen by random draw on 7th May 2025 ("Draw Date"). 7. The winner will receive the Prize.
8. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on or before Monday 19th May 2025. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The winner will need to follow the instructions in the email to contact the Lush Covent Garden Spa in order to book the Prize.
10. The Prize is subject to the Lush Spa Policies found at www.lush.com/uk/en/a/lush-spa-faq. The winner will need to fill out a Health Questionnaire on arrival at the Covent Garden Spa. All Spa bookings made are subject to change, based on the information given on the Health Questionnaire being assessed by the therapist prior to the appointment. Lush reserves the right to amend or cancel a treatment if a therapist feels that the treatment is not in the best interest of the client. Regrettably, the treatment is not suitable during pregnancy.
11. The Prize is redeemable for a period of one (1) year from the date the winner is notified of winning the Prize.
12. The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Lush, Unit 22-23 Dolphin Quays, the Quay, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HU (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy found at www.lush.com/uk/en/faq/privacy-notice. See also 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
