Delivery Information

    Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

    Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfilment and customer service's team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

    We hope you’ll understand and bear with us during the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 as we work in new ways to ensure the safety and the needs of you, our staff, and our courier partners. 

    We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary. There may also be some delays with our delivery partner, Dawnwing Couriers during this time. However if your order is not delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch please pop us a mail at [email protected] and we will be sure to follow up for you.

    Shipping Rates & Times

    As we use a Courier service to safely deliver all of our orders, we are unable to send to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please ensure you provide a full delivery address when ordering as well as a cellphone number of the recipient.  

    Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 12am. For all orders placed after 12am, the following day will be considered the first working day. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times (During the festive season) when this may not be possible. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

    Please allow between 2 to 7 working days for your items to be available for collection. Only available at our Canal Walk, Gateway, Sandton and Menlyn stores.

    Packed weight = the gross weight of products and all packaging materials.

    Main City centres are Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Pretoria and Pietermaritzburg. All other addresses in South Africa are considered Regional Orders.

    All orders will be delivered by Dawn Wing Couriers and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it.

    You will receive an SMS alert when your order is out for delivery as well as a phone call from Dawnwing should you not answer your door. Should you not be home the date that your order is out for delivery - you have the option to reschedule via the dawnwing link on the SMS provided. Should you miss your delivery - it will be returned to our Dawnwing warehouse where delivery will be attempted a further 2 times before being returned to us.

    Track Your Parcel
    All the tracking information regarding your order will be attached in a Dispatch email from us, the minute your order is picked, packed and handed over to our courier partners. Your email will contain both a tracking number eg. LUSHOXXXXX as well as a link to Dawnwing’s website to follow along as your order makes its way to you.

    Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please be sure to contact us via [email protected] with your tracking number and we will liaise with our courier for you. 

    International Delivery
    LUSH South Africa does not ship internationally. Head on over to https://www.lush.com/uk/en to find the LUSH online store that ships in your country. 

    Shipments to Zambia: Although we do not have an option to ship directly from our online store to you - we would love to still make it possible for you to get your LUSH fix via your own 3rd party courier. Pop us an email at [email protected] where we can discuss the options available to you.


    Payment Information

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and EFT. We ask that customers paying from foreign accounts please make use of our EFT option for a successful checkout.

    For EFT payments please allow for 2 business days for payment to reflect, your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the reflection of your payment. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email with our banking details in order to make payment. Please not your payment needs to be made within 7 days of placing your order to avoid the order being cancelled.
