Delivery Information

    Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

    Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfilment and customer service's team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

    We hope you’ll understand and bear with us during the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 as we work in new ways to ensure the safety and the needs of you, our staff, and our courier partners. 

    We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary. There may also be some delays with our delivery partner, Dawnwing Couriers during this time. However, if your order is not delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch please pop us a mail at [email protected] and we will be sure to follow up for you.

    Shipping Rates & Times

    Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 12am. For all orders placed after 12am, the following day will be considered the first working day. Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched on the day they are ordered, there are times (During the festive season) when this may not be possible. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it. Please note that all shipping estimates are calculated from date of dispatch ( and not from the date you placed your order)

    Delivery rates are calculated by postal code, which have been grouped together into categories

    Local Area:
    Local deliveries include postal codes in Cape Town centre and surrounds. Delivery can be expected 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.R65

    Main Center Area: Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Delivery can be expected 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. R85

    Reginal Area: Postal codes outside main city centres. Expected delivery 3 to 5 working days from dispatch date. R100

    Remote Area: Postal codes outside of a regional area. Expected delivery 3 to 5 working days from dispatch date. R150

    Express Delivery

    Available only to Local and main Centre Areas. Prioritised delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday on a working day. Expected delivery time: 1 to 2 working days after date of dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend/public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

    All orders will be delivered by DSV Couriers and will require a signature, so please make sure there will be someone at home to sign for it.

    You will receive an SMS alert when your order is out for delivery as well as a phone call from DSV should you not answer your door. Should you not be home on the date that your order is out for delivery - please contact us or DSV to arrange for later delivery. Should you miss your delivery - it will be returned to our courier's warehouse where delivery will be attempted a further 2 times before being returned to us.

    In-store collection

    Please allow between 2 to 7 working days for your items to be available for collection. Only available at our Canal Walk, Gateway, Sandton, and Menlyn stores. Your items will be shipped from our warehouse in Cape Town to your selected store for pickup. Please note that no tracking will be provided however we will give you a call as soon as your goodies have arrived in store for pick up. R20

    Track Your Parcel
    All the tracking information regarding your order will be attached in a Dispatch email from us, the minute your order is picked, packed, and handed over to our courier partners. Your email will contain both a tracking number as well as a link to DSV's website to follow along as your order makes its way to you. You can expect further email and SMS alerts from DSV providing you with further updates.

    International Delivery
    LUSH South Africa does not ship internationally. Head on over to to find the LUSH online store that ships in your country. 

    Shipments to Zambia: Although we do not have an option to ship directly from our online store to you - we would love to still make it possible for you to get your LUSH fix via your own 3rd party courier. Pop us an email at in[email protected] where we can discuss the options available to you.
