    How do I care for my Bath Bot?

    After use, turn your Bath Bot upside down and shake out any water before drying with a towel. Clean your Bath Bot with a soft, damp cloth, avoiding using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store Bath Bot in a dry and safe place when not in use, and keep the charging dock away from water. Avoid sharp objects such as nails and rings to damage the speaker’s surface.

    How do I put the Bath Bot in pairing mode?

    Simply turn on your Bath Bot, and hold down the Play / Pause button for a couple of seconds. This will turn the lights blue and the Bath Bot should show up in your devices’ Bluetooth setings. 

    The audio cuts in and out or stops abruptly – why is this?

    If you experience audio interruptions or abrupt stops, it may be due to interference or a weak Bluetooth connection. Try moving your Bluetooth device closer to the Bath Bot or removing any potential sources of interference, such as other electronic devices.

    My Bath Bot is not connecting to my Bluetooth device

    Try the following steps:

    • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
    • Restart both the Bath Bot and your Bluetooth device
    • Check for any software updates on both the Bath Bot and your device that may resolve compatibility issues
    • If the issue persists, contact Lush Customer Care

    How often do I need to charge my Bath Bot?

    This depends on usage. On average, Bath Bot requires charging every few uses, but we recommend charging it when the battery is low for uninterrupted enjoyment of your bathing experience. You can see the battery levels in Bathe on the Lush app when the Bath Bot is connected.

    How do I know that my Bath Bot is charging?

    When the dock is active, you will see a red light indicator. When Bath Bot is placed in the dock, it will continuously flash green. Once fully charged, the green light will remain and stop flashing. Additionally, the Lush app will let you know the battery status when connected.

    My Bath Bot has stopped working, what do I do?

    Try restarting the device and ensuring that it is fully charged. If the issue persists, contact Lush Customer Care for troubleshooting assistance or a possible replacement.

    How do I restart my Bath Bot?

    Simply hold down the power button until the Bath Bot has turned off. Then wait a couple of seconds before turning the Bath Bot back on using the power button. The Bath Bot should light up to indicate that it has restarted.

    Why does the speaker crackle when held under water?

    The speaker is not designed to be held underwater for long periods of time. Doing so may impact the strength of the Bluetooth connection and could cause damage to the Bath Bot. Contact Lush Customer Care if you experience any audio issues when used as advised.

    Can I use my Bath Bot without an internet connection?

    Yes, you can use Bath Bot without an internet connection. However, some features, such as accessing playlists and meditations through the Lush app, may require an internet connection for streaming.

    If I close the Bathe app, will Bath Bot continue to work?

    Yes, Bath Bot will continue to function even if the Bathe app is closed. Once paired via Bluetooth, the Bath Bot operates independently and will continue to play audio and display visual effects until turned off or disconnected.

    What is Lush's return policy for the Bath Bot?

    Lush offers a no-quibbles return policy across all our products, including Bath Bot. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter any defects with the device, we encourage you to contact Customer Care for assistance, who will arrange a return, where possible. All refunds will be processed once your Bath Bot has been returned.

    What is considered a defect with Bath Bot?

    Defects in the Bath Bot may include issues such as malfunctioning audio or visual effects, charging problems, or any other performance-related issues that affect the device's functionality.

    How should I dispose of my Bath Bot safely?

    The Bath Bot contains an inbuilt Li-ion battery and should therefore be disposed of appropriately. We would encourage you to return your Bath Bot to your local Lush store in order to get recycled, or you can contact Customer Care in order to help facilitate this. However if you choose to dispose of the product yourself, we recommend following local regulations for electronic waste disposal. Contact your local waste management authorities or recycling centres                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          to enquire about proper disposal methods for electronic devices.

    What products can I use Bath Bot with?

    We have bespoke playlists and lighting tracks curated for each of our bath bombs on the Lush app, however Bath Bot can be used with any Lush product. 

    Can I only use Bath Bot in the bath?

    You can use Bath Bot in the bath, the shower, as a bedside light, wherever you fancy! We would just advise against using Bath Bot in hot tubs or swimming pools. Please refer to the safety leaflet for further information.
