PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Snow Fairy Double Points for Lush Club Rewards members - 15 September 2026 TO 20 September 2026

PROMOTER: Lush Dublin Limited (company registration number IE309811) of 116 Grafton Street, Dublin, D02 RR59 (the “Promoter”).

PROMOTION: Customers with a Lush Club account who have opted into Lush Club Rewards can receive double Lush Club points when they purchase a Lush Snow Fairy Product (defined below) in participating Republic of Ireland LUSH stores, LUSH app or online at https://www.lush.com/ie during the Promotion Period (the “Promotion”). No minimum spend.

PROMOTIONAL DEFINITION OF A SNOW FAIRY PRODUCT: Shall mean any non-discounted product from (i) Promoter’s “Snow Fairy” product collection (excluding Snow Fairy Body Care Discovery Set Gift) and (ii) the following products: Fairy Dust Dusting powder; Little Squirts - Snow Fairy Glitter Mist Spray; Fairy Knot Wrap; Fairyshiki Knot Wrap; I Believe In Snow Fairy Greetings card; Little Snow Fairy Gift; A Little Snow Fairy Magic Gift; Super Fairy Perfume and Glow Fairy Gift.

Subject to Availability: This Promotion is subject availability and whilst stocks last. Please check that the Snow Fairy Product is available before taking part in this Promotion.

PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion launches online, on the LUSH app and in store on 15 September 2026 at midnight BST and closes on 20 September 2026 at midnight BST (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: In order to participate in the Promotion, participants will need a Lush Club account and have opted into Lush Club Rewards, participants must make an eligible purchase of a Snow Fairy Product either in store, in the LUSH app or online during the Promotion Period. Simply purchase your product(s) in store, in the LUSH app or online and double points will automatically be added to your Lush Club Rewards account once the purchase is completed at the checkout.

EXCLUSIONS: What products are excluded from the Promotion? Any items which are not part of the Snow Fairy product collection or listed in these terms and conditions as a product within the Promotional Definition of a Snow Fairy product; Snow Fairy Body Care Discovery Set Gift; sale items; products purchased at third party run Lush pop-up stores and events; Lush Giving products (charity products); Gift Cards; In-Store Spa vouchers; products or services in concessions within our Lush stores; all subscription services; all customisation services; all Lifestyle items (including but not limited to such as clothing, tote bags and cosmetics pouches); Lush paper carrier bags and Make-up brushes purchased in any Lush Hair Lab, any product purchased in any Lush Hair Lab and shipping fees.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is only available to residents of the Republic of Ireland and who are over 18.

In addition:

Sorry, you are not eligible to participate if you are:

a. an employee of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies;
b. anyone professionally associated with the Promotion; or
c. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

2. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these terms and conditions, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter and its group companies are not responsible or liable for:

a. any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time of the participation in the Promotion, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.

b. the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.

c. equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;

d. the loss, theft or misuse of any product by the participant or any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion.

e. any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in the Promotion or their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.

2. By participating in the Promotion, the participant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The participant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry.

3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:

a. For death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence;

b. For fraud;

c. Further that is permitted by law.

DATA PROTECTION

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that the Promoter (and its group companies on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) participants provide in the process of participating for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

GENERAL

By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
The Promoter reserves the right to (i) hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice; and/or to (ii) cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Each of the clauses of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect. If the Promoter fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if the Promoter does not enforce its rights against you, or if the Promoter delays in doing so, that will not mean that the Promoter has waived its rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If the Promoter does waive a default by you, the Promoter will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that the Promoter will automatically waive any later default by you.

If you return/refund your purchase, any additional points earned as part of the Promotion will be deducted from your Lush Club Rewards account.
The Promoter shall be entitled to assign the benefit of these terms and conditions either in whole or in part to any of its subsidiary or associated bodies or successors in title and/or any third party.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
