Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase and use of gift cards purchased from a Lush retail store in the United Kingdom or a GBP currency gift card purchased from www.lush.co.uk and www.lush.com (together referred to as a “Lush Gift Card”).

2. Lush Gift Cards are issued by Lush Retail Limited, a company registered in England under

company number 03084750 and whose registered office address is at 29 High Street, Poole,

England, BH15 1AB (“Lush”).

3. Any cards not issued by a Lush store or on our Lush websites, please refer to the card or e-

card issuer for any customer care concerns or support concerning delivery, use and or your

receipt of the voucher.

Purchase

4. Lush Gift Cards are available for purchase in Lush retail stores in the United Kingdom (“Store

Gift Cards”) and online at www.lush.co.uk and www.lush.com (“e-Gift Cards”).

5. Lush Gift Cards can be purchased with a maximum credit value of £1000 and can be topped up in store for any additional value once purchased.

Redemption

6. Lush Gift Cards are redeemable only at www.lush.co.uk or www.lush.com and Lush retail stores within the United Kingdom. You can use Lush Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s).

In-store payment

7. Lush Gift Cards must be present when being used for payment in-store. Any reasonable number of Lush Gift Cards may be used to pay for purchases in store.

Online payment

8. For purchases made online, a maximum of one (1) e-Gift Card can be redeemed per transaction. If you experience any issues when attempting to redeem an e-Gift Card, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected].

9. The balance of a Lush Gift Card will not be refunded, except where you exercise your right of

return in accordance with paragraph 11 below.

10. Lush Gift Cards will expire 24 months after purchase or after their last credit, if they are topped-up post purchase. If you think your Lush Gift Card may have expired, please contact our Customer Care team who may be able to help you.

View Your Balance

11. To view your Lush Gift Card balance, click here or contact our Customer Care Team using the contact information provided below. You can also visit any Lush retail store in the United

Kingdom.

Returns

12. Returned purchases paid for in full or in part with a Lush Gift Card will have the amount originally paid by Lush Gift Card refunded to a new Lush Gift Card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

13. Lush has no liability for, and will not replace any, lost, stolen or damaged Lush Gift Cards. Lush Gift Cards should be treated as cash. The Lush Gift Cards are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.

Limitations

14. You may not use a Lush Gift Card to purchase other Lush Gift Cards, or for any products

purchased on websites other than www.lush.co.uk or www.lush.com.

Lush Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash or credit and they will be void if resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.

Reasons for Failed Delivery of Online Gift Cards

16. e-Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the e-Gift Card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, please see a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

a) Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.

b) Recipient's firewall blocked the email.

c) Email inbox is over size limit.

17. If you need further assistance, contact our Customer Care team using the contact information provided above. Please refer to your order number or be ready to supply your email address. Please note that e-Gift Cards received in error are subject to cancellation. General

18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lush reserves the right to modify the Terms and

Conditions at any time without notice to any bearer of a Lush Gift Card. Changes will be posted

on www.lush.co.ukand www.lush.com. A copy of the latest Terms and Conditions may be

obtained by contacting Lush Customer Care team by email to [email protected] .

19. Lush’s liability to the bearer of a Lush Gift Card in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall under no circumstances exceed the balance of the Lush Gift Card as at the date the liability arose.

20. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Lush for death or

personal injury arising out of its negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or

limited by law.

21. If any provision, or part of a provision, of these terms and conditions is found by any court or other relevant authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will not form part of these terms and conditions but the legality, validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

22. These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims arising in connection with them are

governed by English law. These terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of

the courts of England and Wales.
