Reward: Complimentary Synaethesia Spa Treatment. Unlocked at 5000 points

  1. Reward: This reward entitles you to one (1) Synaethesia Spa Treatment (RRP: 600.00AED) at Lush Spa in Mirdif City Center.
  2. No minimum spend.
  3. Exclusions: Travel is not included in this reward.
  4. Expiry period: You must book this treatment with our Mirdif Lush Spa within 6 months from the date this reward is unlocked. This reward will no longer be available for booking after the 6 month expiry. 
  5. To redeem: simply call, email or visit our Mirdif Lush Spa to make your booking. You must present your LUSH Club Rewards barcode to the LUSH Spa receptionist or read out your barcode number if over the phone.
  6. Booking Slot: Whilst we will work with you to find a suitable date and time. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific date or time availability in the LUSH Spa. 
  7. Booking Confirmation: Once the Booking Slot is confirmed by you, it cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the confirmed Booking Slot, we are not obligated to provide you with an alternative date and time.
  8. Appointment: You must bring your booking confirmation email with you to the appointment. 
  9. Health & Safety Questionnaire: You will be asked to complete a Health and Safety form upon arrival at your treatment to ensure it is safe for you to receive the treatment. The LUSH Spa will determine in its sole discretion whether it is safe to provide the treatment to you and reserve the right to refuse the treatment if it is not deemed safe based on the answers provided in the health and safety questionnaire.

  11. If the terms of this Reward conflict with the LUSH Spa Policy, the terms of this Reward shall apply.
  12. This reward is non transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  13. Single-use reward: This reward can only be used once and is for personal use only. 
  14. Lush reserves the right to remove this offer at any time, and to reject the use of this offer with reasonable cause.5
