UAE Party Policies

So we heard you like to party? 

To make sure you have the best experience with us as possible, please have a read of the Terms and Conditions below.

Booking & Payment

  • Booking is super simple! Just visit us in-store and secure your party date with a 25% deposit of the total cost. This will go onto a gift card that is non-refundable. We’ll keep a record, but please bring the card and your receipt with you on the day!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We really hope you don’t have to cancel your party, but if something unexpected comes up, let us know ASAP. We’ll always try our best to reschedule.
  • If we’re unable to reschedule, you can still use your gift card balance in any LUSH store in the country where your party was booked.

Party Duration & Timings

  • Parties run for 1.5 hours and can be booked on any day of the week during our regular opening hours.
  • Running late? It happens! Just call the store (you’ll get the number when booking) and let us know. Please note that we can’t extend the party if you arrive late, as other bookings might follow.
Minimum Age Requirement
  • The minimum age to participate in a LUSH party is 5 years old. 

Children under 5 cannot participate in the bath bomb making activity, as it is designed for ages 5 and above.

Parental/Guardian Supervision Policy

Please make sure you provide the following adult-to-child supervision ratios:

  • Children 5 years: 1 adult for each child (1:1)
  • Ages 5 to 12 years: 1 adult for every 3 children (1:3)
  • Ages 12 to 15 years: 1 adult for every 5 children (1:5)
  • All supervising adults must be 18 years or older.
  • The well-being of all children remains the full responsibility of their parents or guardians throughout the event.
  • If any of your guests are aged 16 to 18, please provide the store manager with emergency contact details for their responsible adult.

Allergies & Intolerances

  • A full disclosure of allergies and intolerances of all attendees must be provided by the person booking the party during the consultation or no later than 48 hours before the party.  
  • If a guest under 18 has an allergy to any of our ingredients, a parent or guardian must attend with them. LUSH staff cannot administer any kind of medication.

Photos & Social Content

  • We love capturing the fun! Photos may be taken during the party for social media or store promotions.If you prefer no photos of your child to be taken, that’s totally fine—just let the team know before or on the day of the party.
