    PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    LUSH APP AND LUSH ACCOUNT UAE REWARD PROMOTION [June 2026]

    PROMOTER: [Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics - Office 208. Warsan Building, Barsha Heights,. P.O. Box 62627. Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade Licence 684517] (the “Promoter”).

    PROMOTION: Download the LUSH App and create a LUSH account to receive a 30AED voucher (the “Reward”)  for use against your next eligible purchase in the LUSH app; or be an existing LUSH Account holder on the latest version of the LUSH App (the “Reward”) during the Promotion Period. Minimum order value of 1AED applies. (the “Promotion”).

    PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion launches on the LUSH app on [1st of June 2026] at [10:00AM] and closes on [1st of September 2026] at [11:59PM] BST. 

    HOW TO ENTER: Entering the Promotion is only valid through the latest version of LUSH App. In order to participate in the Promotion you must complete the following steps:

    1. Download the latest version of the LUSH App. 
    1. For iOS device users, this is accessible on the Apple App Store. You will require a device with iOS 16.0 or later. For Android device users, this is accessible on Google Play. You will require a device with Android 9 (API 28). 
    1. If you already have the LUSH App downloaded on your device, make sure you have the latest version. You will require the latest version of the LUSH App to participate in this Promotion.
    1. The ways in which you can use the LUSH App is also be controlled by the Google Play Store Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Terms of Service depending on user interface. The Terms of Google Play Store and Apple Store shall prevail and be applicable if there are differences between them and the LUSH App Terms of Service.
    1. Create a LUSH account / Log in to your LUSH account
    1. If you do not already have a LUSH account: click on “Sign Up”. You will be asked to supply your email address and choose a password. You are given the option to sign up the Lush Community newsletter. You do not have to sign up to the newsletter in order to participate. If you choose to sign up to the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

    OR

    1. If you already have a LUSH account: click on “Log in” and enter your email address and password associated with your LUSH account.
    1. Claiming the Reward: Ensure you are logged into your LUSH account on the latest version of the LUSH app. The Reward will appear in your LUSH App as a banner on your home feed and it will also appear in the “Rewards” section of your checkout basket page. 

    HOW TO REDEEM THE REWARD

    1. Who can redeem the Reward? The Reward may not be claimed by a third party on the participant’s behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the participant is not able to take up the Reward.
    1. Where can the Reward be redeemed? The Reward will be available for redemption on  any eligible online purchase made through the LUSH app.
    1. How can I redeem the Reward? You can redeem the Reward from your checkout basket on the LUSH App. You must choose from the products eligible for the reward, then you simply need to click on “Apply Reward” and the Reward will be applied to your checkout basket. This will automatically deduct 30 AED from your shopping basket total if your shopping basket only contains eligible products. If your basket contains any items excluded from this Promotion, the Reward will not apply to your basket.
    1. What products are excluded from the Reward?  Any sale items; charity products; limited edition collaboration products created with brand partners; campaign products raising funds for charities or non-profit organisations; Gift Cards; In-Store Spa vouchers; all subscription services; all customisation services; all Lifestyle items (including but not limited to such as clothing, tote bags and cosmetics pouches); Knot Wraps, Lush paper carrier bags and Make-up brushes. For the avoidance of doubt, LUSH Spa vouchers can be purchased using the Reward through the LUSH App.
    1. Can I apply the Reward to a basket containing some excluded products? No. For the Reward to apply to your basket sub-total, your basket must not contain any excluded products. Please see section 7 above for the list of excluded products.

    THE REWARD TERMS

    1. The Reward cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.
    1. Expiry Date: The Reward will expire 3 months from the date it was unlocked through this Promotion.
    1. The Reward can only be used once. Once it has been used, it will disappear from your LUSH App.
    1. The Reward cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

    ELIGIBILITY

    1. The Promotion is only available to participants resident in the UAE.  
    1. Sorry, you are not eligible to participate if you are:
    2. an employee of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies;
    3. anyone professionally associated with the Promotion; or
    4. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    1. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or suspend any applicant or  participant from further participation in the Promotion if Promoter it has reason to believe that the applicant or participant is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or is found to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive and/or in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.
    1. The Promoter also reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all applicants/participants in view of the Terms and Conditions whereas the Promoter can refuse the participation or the collection of the award granted through the promotion if there is reason to believe there has been a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions through fraudulent means or other.

    The Promoter’s decision is final with regards to any matter related to all issues pertaining to the Promotion especially with regards to clauses 16 & 17 above.

    1. Only one entry for each participant will be considered, multiple entries will not be counted.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. The Promoter is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any participant where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into the Promotion was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Promotion does not run as planned.
    1. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participants of any such failure.
    2. The App/Website may not always be accessible due to reasons outside the Promoter’s control. Therefore, Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, lost, damaged or delayed in transit (if applicable), regardless of cause, including, for example as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, providers, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
    3. The Promoter’s liability shall not be engaged, and the Promoter shall not suffer any loss arising out of fraud, abuse and/or error-human or technical- that could affect the proper and smooth operation of this Promotion or in such event as mentioned, not on a restrictive basis, in the present Terms.
    4. By entering the Promotion, the entrant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter his agents, employees against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by the Promoter us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the entrant herein. The entrant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties, agents and employees from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry.
    5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:
    6. For death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence;
    7. For fraud;
    8. Further that cannot be excluded by law.

    DATA PROTECTION 

    1. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter (and its group companies on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) entrants provide in their entry and in the process of entering for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

    GENERAL

    1. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
    2. The Promotion is free to enter; no purchase is necessary.
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    3. The Promoter shall be entitled to assign the benefit of these terms either in whole or in part to any of its subsidiary or associated bodies or successors in title and/or any third party.
    4. If any of the present clauses should be determined to be unforceable for any reason whatsoever, then it shall be cancelled from these Terms and Conditions while the remaining clauses shall retain their full force and effect.
    5. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
