A Better Way to Shop
We relaunched our site and app experiences so that Lushies can shop with ease. In collaboration with Saleor—utilizing open-source solutions and in line with Lush’s digital ethics mission statement—customers will now be able to browse product ranges with improved search optimization and a new checkout process. Our new platform showcases the best of what we can do: ethical handling of customers’ data, created using open-source technologies and providing the same high level of customer care.

New App, New Features
The Lush app has had a makeover and is now available in North America on iOS and Android. For the first time ever, the Lush app will contain Lush Lens, designed by Lush’s in-house tech Research and Development team. Lush Lens offers customers a packaging-free and contact-free shopping experience where they can quickly browse, explore and buy fresh, handmade cosmetics from the comfort of their phone or tablet. Simply access the unique Lush Lens feature and discover our packaging-free products easily. Customers can keep track of favorites and be notified about new and exclusive products.
Lush Account(s)
To log in to the new website, simply use your current account details. If you have duplicate accounts, please input the most recent password you used to sign into any of your accounts. If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. Your order history will no longer be available. Note that this new site has an updated privacy policy and terms and conditions, read more about these updates here.
Gift Card Update
Gift cards are not able to be transferred from the old Lush app to the new one. All account holders with saved gift cards—in the old Android app—will have received an email with their gift card number and value. Gift cards are still valid and ready for use in-store or on our website. Simply use your gift card number as your payment option when checking out.
ReFresh Subscription Update
Our ReFresh service is being reviewed and revamped, and we’re sorry to announce that, while we do this, all ReFresh subscriptions will be suspended for now. As of September 18th, your subscription will no longer be active. Please sign up for emails to be the first to hear about when subscriptions will return.
Lush Kitchen Subscription Box Site Update
Click here to access the new Lush Kitchen site and your account. You can still log in to your account using your same credentials. If you have multiple accounts across our websites, please log in using the most recent password you used to sign into any of your accounts. If you encounter any problems, try resetting your password. Please note that your previous order history and wish list will no longer be available.
Placing Online Orders
Online orders can only be placed and delivered to the same country as your shipping address. You cannot order from different countries.
New Click & Collect
We’ve changed the name of our Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store service to Click & Collect. Click & Collect works the same way and offers you the same convenience as Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store. Choose Click & Collect to browse and purchase all your products online and easily pick them up at your local shop—free of any additional charges.
