COMPLIMENTARY CALLIGRAPHY AND ENGRAVING SERVICES

PARTICIPATING LUSH CANADA STORES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION: Visit a Participating Store on the Promotions Dates to claim a Complimentary Service subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE: Soap Engraving (October 10th, 17th and 24th) Perfume Bottle Painting (November 7th, 14th, 21st, 27th and 28th) Knot Wrap Embroidery (December 5th, 12th, 19th and 20th)

3. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE: Purchase a Qualifying Product in a Participating Store to be eligible for the Complimentary Service. 

4. QUALIFYING PRODUCT: A Lush soap (for the Soap Engraving only); a perfume (for the Perfume Bottle Painting only; a knot-wrap (for the Knot Wrap Embroidery). Excluded products: all collaboration products.

5. PARTICIPATING STORES: 

Canada: (1) Robson, Vancouver and (2) Square One, Mississauga

6. AVAILABILITY: Complimentary Services will be completed for participants who have purchased a Qualifying Product, on a first-come-first service basis. 

7. ELIGIBILITY: Open to participants over the age of majority. Employees of the Promoter, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

8. NO SUBSTITUTION, TRANSFER OR EXCHANGE: No substitution, transfer or exchange of any Complimentary Service is permitted and they cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative product. 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this promotion, participants waive all right to, and hold the Promoter harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any complimentary service. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promoter will not be responsible for a participant’s failure to claim a Complimentary Service. 

10. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Attendee further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Ontario. 

11. PRIVACY: No personal data will be requested or collected in relation to claiming a Complimentary Service.
