PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Bonus Lush Club Points on eligible Spa Vouchers for Lush Club Rewards members - 15 September 2026 to 30 September 2026

PROMOTER: Lush Handmade Cosmetics Ltd., a company registered in Toronto, whose registered office address is at: 35 Jutland Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M8Z 2G6 (the “Promoter” or “Lush”). 

PROMOTION: Customers with a Lush Club account who have opted into Lush Club Rewards can receive a bonus of 50 points for each Spa Voucher(s) purchased in participating US and Canada LUSH stores during the Promotion Period.

PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion launches in store on 15 September 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST and closes on 30 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: In order to participate in the Promotion, participants will need a Lush Club account and have opted into Lush Club Rewards. Participants must make an eligible purchase of a Spa Voucher in store during the Promotion Period. Simply purchase your Spa Voucher in a participating store, and the bonus points will automatically be added to your Lush Club Rewards account once the purchase is completed at the checkout.  

SPA VOUCHER: means a Lush voucher for the following spa treatments or Book a Bath experiences as selected by the participant and purchased in store:

Please note, the Spa Voucher is not a confirmed booking for such spa treatment or experience.  Consumers must check availability at their desired Lush Spa and book in their spa treatment/experience either in store using their Spa Voucher to redeem such treatment/experience. The Spa Voucher is not a Lush gift card (please see exclusions below).

EXCLUSIONS: What products are excluded from the Promotion? Any Spa Vouchers purchased via third party vendors;  Spa treatments or Book a Bath experiences booked through the Lush App; sale items; charity products; limited edition collaboration products created with brand partners; campaign products raising funds for charities or non-profit organisations, products purchased at third party run Lush pop-up stores and events; Spa Vouchers purchased through third party vendors, Gift Cards (physical or digital); products or services in concessions within our Lush stores; all subscription services; all customisation services; all Lifestyle items (including but not limited to such as clothing, tote bags and cosmetics pouches); Knot Wraps, Lush paper carrier bags and Make-up brushes products purchased in any Lush Hair Lab and shipping fees. 

ELIGIBILITY 

The Promotion is only available to participants resident in the United States and Canada and who are over 18. If we identify that an individual who is under the age of 18 is participating in the Promotion we reserve the right to remove them from the Promotion.

In addition:

  1.  Sorry, you are not eligible to participate if you are: 

a. an employee of the Promoter and its associated companies or group companies; or

b. anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from further participation in the Promotion any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these terms and conditions, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

  1. The Promoter and its group companies is not responsible or liable for:
  2. By entering the Promotion, the participant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The participant hereby waives and releases the Promoter and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry. 
  3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude the Promoter’s liability:

a. For death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence;

b. For fraud; 

c. Further that is permitted by law. 

DATA PROTECTION 

  1. By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge that the Promoter (and its group companies on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) participants provide in their entry and in the process of entering for the purpose of administering this Promotion.

GENERAL 

  1. By participating in the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the Promotion (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice; and/or (ii) cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
  3. Each of the clauses of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.  If Promoter fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if the Promoter does not enforce its rights against you, or if Promoter delays in doing so, that will not mean that Promoter has waived its rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If Promoter does waive a default by you, Promoter will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that Promoter will automatically waive any later default by you.
  4. The Promoter shall be entitled to assign the benefit of these terms and conditions either in whole or in part to any of its subsidiary or associated bodies or successors in title and/or any third party. 
  5. This Promotion is subject to the LUSH Club Rewards Programme terms and conditions.
  6. If you return/refund your purchase, any additional points earned as part of the Promotion will be deducted from your Lush Club Rewards account.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
  8. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon these terms and conditions or the transactions contemplated hereby shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware in each case located in the City of Wilmington and County of New Castle, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding. Service of process, summons, notice, or other document by mail to the parties registered agent shall be effective service of process for any suit, action, or other proceeding brought in any such court.
