2. Once you’ve placed your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation.

3. If you opt-in for text messaging, we will text you throughout the delivery process.

4. Lastly, you will be notified that your order has been delivered.

What is Same-Day Delivery?

When you place an order via lush.com or through the Lush app with same-day delivery (before 1 p.m.) you get your products delivered (you guessed it) on the same day with a $10 delivery fee.

Same-day delivery is available seven days a week in selected areas only. Please note that we share your order information and contact details with DoorDash, our delivery partner. Opt-in for text messaging to see the latest notifications about your same-day delivery order.

When Will My Same-Day Delivery Order Arrive?

To ensure same-day delivery, place your order by 1 p.m. If your order is placed before the local cutoff time, it will be delivered by the end of the day local time. If your order is placed after the local cutoff time, it will be delivered the next available day. Opt-in for text messaging for fast and easy updates.

How Will I Know the Driver is On the Way?

You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. Opt-in for text messaging to see the latest notifications about your same-day delivery order.

Can I Get Lush Products Through Other Third-Party Delivery Services?
