Terms and Conditions: Gift Cards

    1. Gift cards may be redeemed online, by telephone at 1-888-733-5874, or in LUSH retail stores. Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance up to its balance. Any unused balance will be available for future purchases. Local exchange rates apply. If an order exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by credit card or another payment method. Gift card redemption CANNOT be combined with a PayPal payment.
    2. For gift cards purchased online, activation may take up to 1 hour. You will receive an email when the activation is complete. Please check your spam folder. If you require further assistance, please call our Customer Care team at 1-888-733-5874.
    3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
    4. Unless required by law, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
    5. Gift cards and the purchase, use, or acceptance of them on the website are subject to LUSH's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. LUSH may, in its sole discretion, provide gift card purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift cards.
    6. LUSH is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or for cards used without authorization, so please safeguard your gift card.
    7. We have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is used to make purchases on the website or by phone.
    8. LUSH gift cards sold in the United States are issued by Lush Handmade Cosmetics LLC. Buyatab distributes LUSH gift cards on behalf of Lush Handmade Cosmetics LLC.
    9. LUSH gift cards are administered by Givex.
    10. LUSH is not responsible and will not redeem the balance on gift cards purchased from any unauthorized third party, such as eBay or Craigslist.
