    Our sale is around the corner and here’s everything you need to know to make the most out of it!

    Why do you only have one sale a year?

    While we’re not really known for doing sales or promotions, December 26th is a wonderful chance for us to refresh our shelves for the new year. The way we price our products falls in line with the cost it takes to produce them by hand. We purchase raw materials from farmers and suppliers, spending our money on quality ingredients rather than fancy packaging and costly commercials. Being able to offer a promotion like this is actually a chance for us to continue to define ourselves by our freshness … and make room for some of the exciting new products coming in 2025.

    What’s included in the sale?

    Our 50% Off Freshness Sale is limited to select products in-app* and in-store**.

    *App sale products include select seasonal, collaboration, and discontinued products only.

    **In-store sale products include seasonal, collaboration, discontinued products and all-year-round products, made before August 1, 2024, as well as liquid perfumes and body sprays made before August 1, 2023.

    App Offer excludes: Lifestyle, Sundries, SPA treatments, Gift Card purchases, and Lush Giving products.

    Retail Offer excludes: Lifestyle, Sundries, SPA treatments, Gift Card purchases, and select Lush Giving products.

    Any disputes will be resolved at Lush’s sole discretion.

    Is there a limit to how much I can buy?

    Yes, each order is limited to 60 items total. You cannot purchase more than 20 units of the same item per order.

    Is the sale the same in-app and in-store?

    No, please note the sale will not be available on lush.com and will only be available through the Lush app and in-stores.

    Can I return or exchange sale items?

    Yes! Sale items are subject to our regular return policy. However, depending on availability, you may not be able to exchange for another sale item. Instead, we may ask you to select a product of equal or lesser value. Also, please consider that we will not accept or process returns or exchanges online or in-store on December 26th.

    How do I know what my local shop has in stock?

    Our retail stores have limited sale-applicable stock available. Our sale inventory changes quickly and, for this reason, Click and Collect and Same-Day Delivery will be unavailable, and our staff cannot hold product(s) over the phone. We strongly recommend heading to your local shop to see your options in-person.

    Click and Collect will not be available from December 23rd, 2024 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST to December 27th, 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST. Canadian shops in the Maritimes will be closed on the 28th.

    When are your stores open?

    Each shop has different hours. Find your local shop’s hours here.

    What safety practices will be taking place in-store?

    We take the safety of our employees and customers seriously; all stores have their own safety policy in place. Remember to be patient, kind and generous with each other.

    What if the item I want is out of stock?

    Restocking will happen throughout the sale, so keep checking back. You can also stop by your local shop to see if they’ve got what you’re looking for. Please note that our Customer Care team does not know when items will be restocked.

    What happens after I place my order on the Lush app?

    You’ll get an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Our team will then carefully pick and pack your goods. When your package is ready to ship, you’ll receive another email with your tracking information. If order volume is off the charts—please bear with us—we may take a little longer to get this information to you. Rest assured, we’re working as quickly as possible to pack and ship your products.

    What are my shipping options?

    Due to the high volume of orders we expect to receive, it will take us up to 10 plus business days to pick and pack your order. Once it has shipped, the delivery window will be:

    Ground Shipping

    Approximately seven to 15 business days, depending on location.

    Air

    Eight to 10 business days.

    Priority

    Six to eight business days.

    Please know that while we do our best to predict the time your order will arrive, we know that some of our shipping partners are also experiencing delays and, unfortunately, exact estimates are out of our control.

    Can you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we can only ship to American customers from lush.com/us/en_us and to Canadian customers from lush.com/ca/en_ca. All orders outside of these countries, including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not applicable.

    Quebec Product Availability

    Unfortunately, at this time labeled products are unavailable for shipping to Quebec customers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Can I order with Click and Collect for your 50% Off Freshness Sale?

    Click and Collect will not be available from December 23rd, 2024 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST to December 27th, 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST. Canadian shops in the Maritimes will be closed on the 28th.

    Can I order Same-Day Delivery with DoorDash for your 50% Off Sale?

    Same-Day Delivery with DoorDash will not be available from December 23rd, 2024 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST to December 27th, 12 p.m. EST/ 9 a.m. PST. Canadian shops in the Maritimes will be closed on the 28th.

    Can I combine two orders or make changes to my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders, nor can we refund shipping costs if you place two different orders. Due to the nature of the sale, we cannot adjust or make changes to your order once it’s been placed.

    Can I use Afterpay to purchase discounted items?

    Yes, Afterpay will be available for in-app orders across North America, as well as available in-store for U.S. shoppers! Your purchase will be split into four payments, payable every two weeks.

    Can I combine this sale with the $5 Lush Club reward?

    No, the reward is not compatible with any sale. Please see T&Cs here for more info.

    When is Customer Care available to answer my questions?

    Monday to Friday:

    9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST

    6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST

    Saturday and Sunday:

    10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST

    December 24th:

    Can I reserve items in my cart in advance?

    No, items can’t be reserved in your cart.

    Will items in my cart be held for a certain amount of time?

    No, items will not be held for any amount of time.

    Why can’t I get through to Customer Care?

    Customer Care could be experiencing an overwhelming amount of traffic or we may be closed. Please see our Customer Care hours above.

    Please note that during this time Customer Care will not be able to help complete orders via the app.
