Tagetes oil is&nbsp;great on the skin and scalp! It cleanses, soothes&nbsp;and protects. Very aromatic, it has a complex scent that pairs well with fresh or mellow fragrances.&nbsp;Floral and green, but also sweet and fruity, it is almost winey, with mango and passion fruit notes.

<i>Tagetes minuta</i> is a flowering herb native to Central and South America that is now naturalised worldwide. Often associated with the African marigold because of its scent, this bushy plant actually looks very different with clusters of tiny white flowers growing on tall erect stems.

Lush purchase this&nbsp;oil from an Egyptian producer who distils it from the aerial parts of the plant. If needed, we can also buy additional batches from a producer in Kenya. There the plant is considered invasive and grows freely along roads and fields.
