Sugar kelp is a long, narrow greenish-brown seaweed, often compared to lasagna noodles. It's sweet in taste and full of vitamins and minerals. Infused in warm water it covers itself with mucilage, a soft gel that gives our products a gelatinous texture and a skin-soothing effect.
