En Solidarité avec Gaza

Chez Lush, nous partageons l'angoisse que ressentent des millions de gens en voyant les images de personnes affamées à Gaza, en Palestine. Comme le reste du monde, nous peinons à trouver des moyens de venir en aide à la population face au gouvernement israélien qui empêche l'aide humanitaire d'urgence d'entrer à Gaza.

Ce que Lush peut actuellement envoyer à Gaza, c'est notre amour et un message fort de solidarité. Pour cela, nous allons interrompre nos activités habituelles en fermant nos magasins, notre site Internet, notre entrepôt de vente par correspondance en France, en Belgique et au Luxembourg pendant une journée, le lundi 8 septembre 2025. Nos vitrines afficheront le message STOP À LA FAMINE À GAZA - NOUS SOMMES FERMÉS PAR SOLIDARITÉ.

Offrir à notre clientèle le meilleur service possible est au cœur de tout ce que nous faisons chez Lush, et fermer nos magasins n’a pas été une décision facile. Nous demandons donc pardon à notre clientèle pour la gêne occasionnée lorsqu’elle viendra nous voir le 8 septembre et constateront que nous sommes fermés. Cependant, nous savons que beaucoup de notre clientèle partagent notre inquiétude face à la situation actuelle à Gaza.Notre produit caritatif, le savon Watermelon Slice, a été l’article de collecte de fonds qui a rencontré le plus du succès chez Lush, ce qui montre à quel point notre clientèle est attachée à cette cause. Grâce à leur soutien, nous avons pu collecter des fonds pour soutenir la santé mentale des enfants en Palestine. Nous prévoyons désormais de rendre ce savon disponible à nouveau, les bénéfices étant destinés à des services médicaux, notamment des associations qui se préparent à fournir des prothèses pour les adultes et les enfants blessé·e·s à Gaza.

Across the Lush business we share the anguish that millions of people feel seeing the images of starving people in Gaza, Palestine. Like the rest of the world, we struggle to find ways we can help.

One thing Lush can currently send into Gaza is our love and a strong message that we stand in solidarity. This will take the form of halting business-as-usual by shutting our shops, website, and mail order warehouse in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg for one day on Monday 8th September 2025, with our shop windows displaying the message  STOP À LA FAMINE À GAZA - NOUS SOMMES FERMÉ.E.S PAR SOLIDARITÉ (STOP STARVING GAZA - WE ARE CLOSED IN SOLIDARITY.)

Providing our customers with the very best service is ingrained into everything we do at Lush, so shutting our shops is not an easy decision - we ask for forgiveness from any customers we inconvenience should they come to us on 8th September and find us closed. However, we know that many of our customers share the same anxiety about the current situation in Gaza. Our fundraising soap, Watermelon Slice, has been the most successful single issuefundrasing product in the history of Lush, indicating how strongly our customers feel and we are grateful to have been able to raise funds towards child mental health support in Palestine. We now plan to make this soap available again, with the funds going to medical services, including charities that are gearing up to provide prosthetic limb services to adults and children injured in Gaza.
