1. The Promotion

Subject to these Complimentary Product with Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), Eligible Participants who make an eligible purchase on the Lush New Zealand website or the Lush App during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) complimentary 100g bottle of Snow Fairy shower gel..

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance of all Terms is a condition of participation, and they are final.

3. Accepting the Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Complimentary Product with Purchase Terms and Conditions, the Lush New Zealand App terms and conditions, the Lush New Zealand website terms and conditions, and the Lush New Zealand Privacy Policy.

4. Promotion Period

This Promotion is available from 5:00pm (NZDT) Wednesday 17th Dec to 11:59pm (NZDT) Friday 19th Dec.

5. How to Participate

Make a “Qualifying Purchase” that meets the Minimum Spend during the Promotion Period on the Lush New Zealand website or the Lush App to receive the Complimentary Product.

6. Minimum Spend

NZD $120 or more in a single Qualifying Purchase.

7. Qualifying Purchase

To qualify for the Complimentary Product, customers must spend NZD$120 or more in a single transaction on the Lush App or the Lush New Zealand website.

Purchases of Kitchen Box subscriptions and gift cards (physical or digital) are excluded.

8.Complimentary Product

One (1) complimentary Snow Fairy shower gel 100g.

The product is selected by LUSH at its discretion, subject to availability, and cannot be chosen, exchanged, or substituted.

9.Eligible Participants

This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period via the Lush App or Lush New Zealand website excluding:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate;

(b) employees of agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion; and

(c) immediate family members or household members of (a) and (b).

10. Complimentary Product Limit

Limit of one (1) Complimentary Product per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.

11. Other Promotions

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. No Cash Alternative

The Complimentary Product is not redeemable for cash, other LUSH products, or gift cards and cannot be exchanged.

13. Returns

Returns of the Complimentary Product will not result in a refund or any compensation.

If items from a qualifying transaction are returned and the remaining spend falls below the Minimum Spend, the Complimentary Product must also be returned.

14. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights available under New Zealand Consumer Law.

15. Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of LUSH will be final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

16. Subject to Availability

This Promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last.

17. Unclaimed Complimentary Products

Any unclaimed Complimentary Products remaining after the Promotion Period will remain the property of LUSH and may be disposed of or sold at LUSH’s discretion.

18. Right to Amend or Cancel

LUSH reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or these Terms if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to comply with applicable laws.

19. Disqualification

LUSH reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the participant is not eligible or has breached these Terms.

20. Improper Conduct

Any attempt to undermine the fair or legitimate operation of this Promotion may result in disqualification and legal action where permitted by law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LUSH is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand Consumer Law.

22. No Waiver

A failure by LUSH to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
