More Information About Deliveries
Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. Delivery times apply to all orders placed before 1pm. For all orders placed after 1pm, the following day will be considered the first working day. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.
The majority of orders placed in off-peak times are processed and dispatched 1-2 business days after ordering. Please note that credit card payments made after 6pm can take up to 48 hours to process.
You can enjoy FREE standard delivery on orders over $95.
Shipping Rates & Times
As we use a Courier service to safely deliver all of our orders, we are unable to send to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please ensure you provide a full delivery address when ordering.

2 - 5 working days for most areas.
NZ couriers uses Post Haste when shipping to some addresses, so you may notice wither of these on your tracking or on your parcel.
Please note that a signature is not required for delivery and the courier will use their discretion to leave the parcel in a safe place if noone is home to receive. We recommend doing this to ensure your parcel is left where you know it will be safe! While our team will always do their best to follow the instructions left in the delivery notes, we are not able to guarantee that they will not be missed while being delivered.
Rural deliveries sometimes take a day or two longer as the parcel will be passed on to your local rural delivery driver. Please allow for this when ordering goods for urgent delivery.
