    In short

    The Lush online store is happy to offer customers a refund for items purchased online.

    Returns Policy online  

    • You can return your online purchase to our online store for a refund.
    • Refunds will be issued directly to the payment method used for the purchase once the item/s have been received and processed by us. 
    • Email notification will be sent once your return has been processed, and you should allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be completed. 
    • If you are returning your order for a refund due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods.
    • Our online store cannot accept returns for items purchased in-store (you need to return them in-store)

    Our online store cannot process change of mind exchanges. To exchange an item please visit your local LUSH store.

    Returns Policy in-store

    • All purchases made in-store may be returned to any of our stores.
    • Purchases made in-store cannot be returned to our online store.
    • You can return your online order to any LUSH store for an exchange. You can return your products to a store for a refund, however this refund must be facilitated by our Customer care team over the phone, through messaging or via email.
    • Please be aware that in-store refunds will require you to show proof of purchase. If you do not have your proof of purchase, the store can offer an exchange or credit note instead.
