What to expect in my box?
Our Kitchen team deep dive into the Lush archives to find the best selection of retro products, as well as new innovations and collaborations.
Each month you will receive 4 or 5 products - a combination of the most voted for products, plus a few surprises from us!
Your Kitchen box will contain mostly exclusive products, however there will be times when a few products are also launched online and/or instore at either the same time, shortly before or shortly after you receive the Kitchen box. This gives you the opportunity to try new products as they come along and find your new favourite all year round item.
If the products in the box don't take your fancy one month, you have full flexibility to use the skip function and skip the month's box.
Where is Kitchen available?
Kitchen boxes ship from the UK, Japan, Germany and Australia. If you are outside one of these countries, your box will be shipped from the UK. However, if you're in New Zealand your box will be shipped from Australia.
Can I add other items to my subscription, to combine shipping?
Kitchen Box is a monthly subscription service which renews automatically (unless you tell us otherwise!), so we won't be able to add additional items.
How much is shipping?
The box is a fixed price, but shipping costs will vary based on where in the world you are. Each box will weigh up to 2kg. You can view our current international shipping costs here.
I'm vegan - will I be able to use all the products in Kitchen Box?
Every box will be vegan, because we know that's top of the wish list for all our product launches.
How can I track my Kitchen Box? - UK
All orders sent within the UK are trackable, so you'll know when your goodies are about to arrive. As soon as your Kitchen Box is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number which can be checked with Royal Mail. Tracking numbers can also be viewed in your order history, but you're also welcome to call and ask our Customer Care team on 01202 930051. If you've ordered from outside the UK, you'll still get a dispatch email, but you won't be able to track the journey of your Kitchen Box once it leaves UK customs. How can I track my Kitchen Box? - Australia/New Zealand
All orders sent within Australia and New Zealand are trackable, so you'll know when your goodies are about to arrive. As soon as your Kitchen Box is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number which can be checked with Australia Post. Your tracking number will look similar to this "64A00000xxxxx”.Tracking numbers can also be viewed in your order history, but you're also welcome to call and ask our Customer Care team on 1300 587 428 in AU and 0800 587 469 in NZ. Estimated delivery timelines can be found here for AU and here for NZ.
How can I track my Kitchen Box? - Japan
As soon as your Kitchen box has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number that can be found on the carrier's site. You can also find your tracking number in your order history.
When will I find out what's in my box?
You won't know what's in your box until you open it, but we wouldn't be surprised if some sneak peeks find their way out... You'll also be able to see the contents of previous boxes on #LushKitchen, and speculation is highly encouraged.
What are the key dates for Kitchen?
It breaks down like this: 5th of the month - the last day to vote for and subscribe to that month's box. 6th of the month - payment taken for that month's box, and on the 9th we get making your fresh handmade favourites. Last day of the month: we start dispatching your Kitchen Box!
