How to use toner tabs

Treat yourself to some aromatherapy with a steam clean. Dropped into a bowl of hot water, our toner tabs deliver a dose of essential oils directly to your skin, leaving you feeling smoothed, soothed and refreshed.

Toners and steamers are designed to help your skin feel soft and supple. Somewhere in between cleansing and moisturising, they help to remove cleansers and also (contrary to popular belief) keep skin hydrated. Our toners and toner tabs are made without alcohol so don’t leave you feeling dry; we use flower-infused waters, sea water, spring water, and carefully-selected essential oils to help your skin feel comfortable and flexible.

How to use toner tabs

Step 1: Drop your toner tab into a medium-sized bowl of very hot water.

Step 2: Drape a towel over your head and let your face hover over the bowl, allowing the calming, cleansing and soothing essential oils to rise up through the steam and onto your skin.

Step 3: Once the tab has finished fizzing, remove the towel and gently pat your face dry.

Step 4: Apply moisturiser to your freshly toned skin, or try Full Of Grace solid facial serum. Your pores will have opened up from the steam, and so your skin will be extra-receptive to the beneficial oils and ingredients. You could even apply a fresh face mask before moisturising to give your skin an extra boost.

You can then transfer the water from the bowl into a spray bottle and store it in the fridge for up to a week; use it for a refreshing spritz whenever you need a quick tone.
