Reward: £5 credit off eligible products (£40 min. spend required). Unlocked at 600 points

1. Reward: This reward entitles you to a £5 credit off your total order of eligible products.
2. Minimum spend: £40.00.
3. Exclusions: Shipping is not included in this reward and will be an additional cost at checkout. 
4. Expiry period: 1 month from the date this reward is unlocked.
5. Ineligible Products: The following products are not eligible for this reward: any sale items; charity products; limited edition collaboration products created with brand partners; campaign products raising funds for charities or non-profit organisations; Gift Cards; In-Store Spa vouchers; all subscription services; all customisation services; all Lifestyle items (including but not limited to such as clothing, tote bags and cosmetics pouches); Knot Wraps, Lush paper carrier bags and Make-up brushes.
6. To redeem in app: To redeem, simply add your product to your bag  in-app and select the reward to be applied.
7. To redeem in store: simply present your reward barcode to a member of staff in any participating UK store.
8. If your shopping bag contains a mixture of eligible and ineligible products, this reward will only be applied against the eligible products.
9. No substitutions, alternative products or changes are included in this reward.
10. This reward is not redeemable by telephone.
11. This reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Single-use reward: This reward can only be used once and is for personal use only.
