LUSH Quiet Hours

Sounds, smells, and bright lights can be overwhelming and stressful for individuals who are neurodiverse, which is why we offer a quieter shopping experience in each of our shops, one hour a week.

What should I expect during Quiet Hours?

Adjustments will be made in store to ensure a quieter and calmer environment. This means you can expect to find:

  • A calm and quiet environment
  • No music or announcements
  • All in-store screens will be switched off
  • No product restocking
  • No large group product demonstrations

Will there be staff to help me?

During quiet hours, if you are looking for a special gift for someone, you would like help putting together a personal skincare routine, or if you really enjoy a certain scent, our staff are still more than happy to show you our lovely products and how they work, just ask us.

If you would prefer to try our products at home, let us know what you are interested in and we can give you samples to take away.
